10 Games
I started getting into video games on my Windows 95 as a kid so I have a love of 90's CD-ROM games. I feel Dark Eye exemplifies the artistic exploration of that gaming era the best.
Iji defines the early indie game era for me as I was taken by its sheer quality for a one-man effort and how it played off the usual gung-ho video game combat mechanics, plus it was one of the first really do it aside from games like MOON. Undertale may be higher on my fave game list, but Iji was a major reason why I had interest in Undertale from the start.
