I'm personally enjoying it. Don't think it got as much love as it needed. I think it could have been gold with a year or two more updates.
The city feels a bit lifeless and NPCs could have had more voice lines. The combat is solid, not the best but not the worst.
The Photo Mode is phenomenal. Can get some really amazing shots.
