PS1 - PAL games not available in NTSC-U
A naive check using https://psxdatacenter.com. A bit easier to check if they match as igdb will use the US title but that also meant a lot more checking and certainly a lot more creation of new games to the IGDB database so if games are empty that may be why.
I'm a bit worried deleting stuff is double deleting so let me know If I'm missing anything
