Incredibly paced action title. One of the finest games from one of the most historically important arcade companies in history.

Genre-shift into a Westone style action game... Without the brisk pacing and satisfying combat. Game is way too verbose for its own good.

The run 'n gun style stages feel half-baked in comparison to the boss fights. The structure of the game would work better if it was akin to Treasure's Alien Soldier rather than haphazardly broken up into disjointed segments through the world map.
