from chrono trigger to final fantasy 6/7 i dont think theres a game that beats this one out. its just all around amazing
story is insanely well written, albeit confusing if you play only the game and don't check the other contents yoko taro made

everything about this game is perfect except for falcom's endgame storywriting that left the story honestly unfinished compared to what could've been

this is the best final fantasy game before XII mechanics-wise
storywise its honestly lacking compared to IV/VI/VII/IX if you compare games from the same era
