I'm easily entertained, so it's not often that you'll see anything scored too low! Here's how I visualize my scoring:
5 stars - It's either a perfect game that's absolutely beautiful and fun to play, or it dragged me in so hard emotionally and has a truly compelling plot/cast. Please play it, because I'm probably brainrotting about it.
4 stars - I enjoyed it!! It's not my absolute favorite, as its flaws will stand out more than the flaws in my faves, but I'd still wholeheartedly recommend it.
3 stars - It's alright! I probably just mindlessly enjoyed it, but know that it's not the best experience that I've had with a game.
2 stars - It was okay... probably was just a generally bad game, or something in particular really bothered the heck out of me to knock it down to only two stars. I probably don't hate it though!
1 stars - This game poisoned my water supply, burned my crops, and delivered a plague onto my house. I hate it.

infinitely superior experience to have on the physical DS than any other re-releases where they get rid of the dual screen. zero escape is why i am better at escape rooms than anyone ever tbh
8 year old me didn't fuck around when it came to those minigames and then proceeded to bawl her little eyes out at the ending. 23 year old me is now worse at video games but still cries at this game. that's character development
