If you've never played Overwatch this plays basically the same and it's free now, so in a vacuum it's like three stars.

I liked it enough to be interested in the sequel that's coming out soon, but i hope they tightened some elements up.
It's really fun when you're in the discovery phase of exploring and finding new slimes, but I found it frustrating after I found everything and shifted to the more sandbox-y farming and crafting systems.
Everything is just too far apart, and with only four item slots it is such a chore to get anything done.
I bought all the extensions to the ranch, but one of them was so far away that I completely ignored it afterward.
I zeroed in on making the teleporters so I could get around more easily, but by the time I had gathered enough resources to make it i was completely burned out by all the back tracking and lost interest in continuing the game.
