An absolute masterpiece of a mystery thriller comedy game coming from 2010. The cast contributes largely to this as well as the twists and turns of the plot that revelation and revelation gets more and intricate. Plus, the art style hasn't dated even after a decade, the soundtrack is full of funk goodness and the ending wraps everything in a slam dunk of a conclusion.

A very Japanese game in terms of appeal, style and humor. It features a goofy story, happy soundtrack and quirky characters along with just weirdness all over. And that's fine by me.

The definitive sequel to the first game that fixes most of its problems, sets up the structure to be used by future games and doesn't lose its identity in the process. Gotta give special props to the voice of Neo Cortex and the one who came up with the secret levels.

The absolute definitive way to date to play the original Spyro trilogy. From the aesthetics to the cutscenes, the controls to the soundtrack, and the new skill points, everything gets a fresh coat of paint and invites newcomers in a splendid fashion.

An 8bit retro style indie with a simple mechanic that even though it can be beaten in less than 2 hours it offers so much more. With its intricate level design, trinket challenge, incredibly difficult achievements and various bonus modes it can grab you with its replayability, not to mention the tracker music akin to the best of the NES era.

Impresionante que este hack bizarro del juego haya llegado a esta página. Ya se siente ese Estudiantes-San Martin (T) con los relatos de Walter Nelson tirando publicidades de candados Macao de manera aleatoria.

A kinky yet challenging Sokoban indie game that in an hour is able to establish a harem of well suited demon girls. Mittsies did quite a number on the soundtrack.

A small update featuring a boss rush along with some familiar old faces and a bit of lore I guess. It can be beaten shortly but at the very least it's a free expansion.

The first entry to a franchise based on magazine puzzles and riddles brought together by a mysterious case. Even with it's distinct art style, the lack resolution is notorious and the story serves more as a prologue to future games than by itself. Still, it serves its purpose.

A polished Metroid-like puzzle platformer that works smoothly with its simple presentation and electric conductivity mechanics that are conveyed through the design without using a single word (not even in the menus or the achievements). It throws some good ideas around and the collectibles aren't as easy to get and one may initially think. The soundtrack isn't great though, being not that notable through most of the playthrough, but the presentation is alright.

Among the best dungeon crawler and not quite open world 2D Zelda games to come out so far. Its sprites, soundtrack, items and experience are well refined from the first entry. Even today it's still being played, speedrun and modded heavily and for good reason. I just wished the story was a little bit more developed.

A clever attempt at a Pac-Man platformer that presents a lot of clever ideas in table like the different day runs, the hidden power ups, and the obstacles. Sadly, it is held back by its outdated controls, presentation and overall design. It is one of the best candidated from the franchise to be remade.

The "remastered" version of its Sega CD original release, which adds very minor changes such as the possibility to choose between regional soundtracks. The game itself shows some questionable design choices as it tries to do exploration but the level design feels at times tough to navigate through. The time stones minigame is fine, not too terrible, and the final boss fight isn't that hard.
Probably the best things about it are the animated intro and the ominous and creepy original boss theme.

An overall improvement over the 3D version with more particle effects, a story, worm customization and a whole tweaking scene which I'm got to be part of its audience at the time.

A twist to the Crash linear level design that takes an open world approach similarly to Jak and Daxter presents a goofy and at times more serious story with the characters getting more involved. Unfortunately, it isn't polished and its rushed development shows in the latter half with the scrapped ideas and missing levels. At the very least we have the acapella ost now available to listen to.
