Story and world building is pretty good, just can’t get past the gameplay of this game. This is coming from a guy that likes turn-based combat in games.

Holy smokes this game was quick, but it was pretty fun overall! The level design is good, the game is charming, but most of all, the music is honestly ethereal, unreal how they did it on the SNES.

This game was truly amazing. The gameplay is smooth, the story is one of the best in a game, and the atmosphere is impeccable. My only complaints are the way you unlock substories and a couple of the earlier chapters being slow.

This game blows ass

This DLC was so cool!! The new eikon battle is my favorite in the game, the story is very intriguing and touching, and the new region is absolutely beautiful! The new abilities are also amazing!

Also played this in Judgment, this game aged like milk, but gotta give it some respect.

Surprisingly good and modern fighting game. Insane that this was just in Judgment.

Really fun racing game (Played in Judgment)

I’m still cleaning up some content, but that may take me a little while, so here’s my review now. This is the best metroidvania in almost every way, which was hard to come to terms with, being such a big metroid fan. PLAY THIS GAME!!

I’m dropping this game, this game blows ass in almost every way except for the combat and music

This game was actually great, a nice translation of the igavania games to 3D, and the story was even captivating as well. However there’s a VERY sharp difficulty spike and ok level design. Overall, great game though!

Truly a peak masterpiece

I knew this was a game for me, but the fact that the combat system is so deep and satisfying as well as the set pieces and being set in the Metal Gear universe, I was completely in love, and I’ll also play the dlc!

This was a lot better than the first game, and is probably my favorite game from the 80s. The story is really good, the gameplay is still janky but a lot better, the the music is a bit jump up.

This game has objectively not aged very well, yet I feel like it aged better than a lot of games in this era. Furthermore, it’s story is barebones by todays standards, but impressive for it’s time. This game was decent fun!
