I'm kind of addicted to Kingdom Hearts. Sometimes I try something new if I'm feeling ballsy.

This game is a co-op platformer with a promising premise that was poorly executed.
My sister wanted to play this and asked me to try it with her, the story seems interesting enough: a couple that is planning to get divorced are forced to confront their relationship issues when their daughter somehow uses a magical relationship book to help them work through their issues as she's upset by the prospect of them separating. They are forced to traverse through the house as a clay figure and doll as they try to reverse their curse and return to normal.
Sounds interesting, yes? Well, the idea gets misplaced with wonky controls, tedious missions, and boss fights that veer heavily from annoying to unfair. And yes, while we do eventually beat the bosses, there's always another mission to slog through before getting to the next part.
It's a long game for someone who's never liked platformers, although perhaps it's just me.
