apparently this is a big "transfem" game but frankly i have never seen anybody talk about this game in my life
the people i see liking this one r intimidating and this game is intimidating and i m intimidated

For what it's worth, I had a similar feeling with Disco until I actually sat down to play it, and it really sucks you in.
@Weatherby is spitting, I wasn't sold on Disco but I'm glad I played it, it's an all-time favorite now. Hell, I liked it so much that I played through it twice despite only having the very rough switch version.
Doesnt help that a lot of insufferable people happen to praise disco but cant deny I'm interested in playing it too now that I own it, didnt like AI much but I have a feeling you will

I loved Disco Elysium, but there is a definite dissonance you feel in the difference between a normal video game playthrough and what is essentially political theory and philosophy being put into practice.
Felt this way about Lies Of P, and Ive learned to just ignore this instinct, it seems to betray me more than help me
umineko's really intimidating without any precedent. structurally it's like higurashi and the gist is that it's not so much "one really long story" but rather "8 decently short stories that are relevant to each other". just read the first chapter and see what you think - that's all you really need to know if you're hooked or not. maybe the chapter after for additional confirmation?
btw, when/if you do get to it make sure to run it via umipro. it's by far the best version translation and presentation-wise. be warned that umi spoils some pretty significant stuff about higu. that said if you don't like higu, don't worry about umi shitting the bed the same way - it doesn't

hoi4 is kind of mainlining strategy even as a total war nut it took me like 3 times to get into it and even then it was retaking a small part of China.
AITSF is probably uchikoshi's most character-driven and least plot-driven work and which parts of zero escape you liked will probably determine whether you appreciate it

Knowing what games you like, you wont have that issue with AI whea dont mind them
oh you know what, it's probably including transmasc too, cuz I was about to say "only half of those games are transfem games (ala fallout nv, kingdom hearts, persona, etc.), but, and while I know few transmasc folk, I could see how historical/political/military sim games could be stereotyped to them.
