I don't like Budokai's combat style, so that put me off, but otherwise it's cool

Sola fácil o Budokai 3.
É um B3 DLC, adicionando personagens novos, modo história bem mais legal, com cutscenes em certas lutas, e minigames muito bons. Gosto bem mais das mecanicas de luta desse jogo do que o do B3, sem aquele modo rush que é paia.
Uma grande melhorar em relação ao B3 e que vale a pena ser jogado, ambos os jogos.

É praticamente o Budokai 4, mas bem melhor que os anteriores. Fazer especial aqui é deveras divertido e os mini games são as melhores partes.
After BT3 and Kakarot this is the third best DBZ game there is, the style and graphics of this game were very pleasing to look at

Basically Budokai 4 with some new Characters added but sadly also some got removed like Kid Goku or Supreme Kai.
Also there are no Dragon Rushes anymore but you have a new Dash Machanic.
I think the Budokai Series overall are very underrated Fighting games that take concepts from traditional 2D Fighting games and rework them to be more accessible and easy to understand for non fighting game players. Having Auto-Combos, just two Attack Buttons and a designated Special Move Button is something Street Fighter 6's modern Controlls are being praised for now in 2023 but these DBZ games did all that stuff in the mid 2000s. Speaking of SF6 the whole KI System is quite similar to the Drive System now that I think about it.

Budokai 3.1 basically, but Budokai 3's pretty good so that's fine by me.
Single-player mode's a bit of a step down but the new characters (who are a lot of fun) help make up for it

First game I've ever played. Got me into anime and realize how this is kinda fun. Just wish it wasn't this game as my first ever game. This game was okay even tho there are other budokai games better than this one.

This one was hard as hell, but I also was too young to understand the combo system. Has a lot of fun content.

Though I firmly believe that Budokai Tenkaichi was better in regards to the amount of playable characters, scenarios, and costumes; this game has it beat when it comes to its story mode and other mechanics. The stage transitions and the fun minigames like Ten-Shin-Han using his Kikohou on Cell were the highlights of it for me.

Uma sequência merecida de Budokai 3, vários personagens e técnicas únicas para cada personagem, adaptaram melhor os ataques bons do seu antecessor e retiraram o que tinha de ruim, modo história muito bom e divertido, só acho que deveria ter mais cutscenes, mas tirando isso vale a pena a história, recomendo muito para qualquer fã de dragon ball

I grew up with this game. So it played a big part in my childhood. I didn't play Budokai 3 until a little bit later, so for me this was my budokai 3.
This game made me want to rip my skin off, still better than ds2 tho.
It's just Budokai 3 without the rock-paper-scissors thing.
