Ghostrunner 2 pecou demais, ele ainda mantém os aspectos do primeiro jogo porém não a nada de inovador no começo, apenas da metade para o final que tem coisas novas mas é péssimo o jeito que foi executado

A slightly better version of the first game. That open world bike level is rough and the story/characters are still not great, but the game's fun

Сиквел уровня один шаг вперёд, десять шагов назад. Моё главное разочарование за последние два года.

it has improved things from the first one however it didn't vibe with me as much as the first one did

acho melhor q ghostrunner 1 pq tem moto. joguinho satisfatorio e facil

I was so excited following its release, as I loved the first one, but unfortunately, GR2 fell short of my expectations. While I think there's fun to be had in this game, I couldn't help but feel so bored throughout the majority of my playtime. Many levels felt like filler, as it seemed like the developers were trying to prolong the game and as a result, created a very repetitive gameplay loop. Also, the optimization on PC is fucking DOGSHIT; near the final 2–3 hours of the game, where it shifts to a more open-world-esque game, the frame drops are atrocious.

I appreciate the effort in attempting to make this more narrative-driven with its hub space, though unfortunately, the shallow dialogue and Its monotonousness took me out of it. I couldn't care less for anyone there, maybe aside from the returning characters, but even they were okay-ish at best. Negatives aside, the introduction to unlocking your bike was pretty cool; shout-out to that part of the game. If you're a fan of the first GR, there's a chance you'll like this game, though I wish that were the case for me. I truly hope I come around to this game in the future but as of now, this is generally how I feel.

Not as good as the first game but still good.

Not as good as the first Ghostrunner, but still a strong trial-by-error action game. The challenge of the first game is preserved, and gameplay is improved upon. Level design, however, is a step down. Some of the middle missions are an absolute slog and seriously harm the gameplay tone. Overall though it's a strong package. However I ran into some issues with optimization, specifically CPU bottlenecking in some heavy action areas that cut framerates in half and made frametimes unpredictable.

I really loved the first Ghostrunner, but then this one, well is clearly not at the same level as ghostrunner. They tried to make an open world but it clearly doesn't work. The side characters are absolutely boring, not interesting. The story is not that good. The only good thing about this game is the gameplay, which is truly incredible.

It's not as 'pure' a speed-running experience as the first game and some of the open world-y segments don't vibe with the character traversal. But overall it's a strong 'more of the same but bigger and better' sequel.

Excellent and fun game.

I think I liked the story a bit more in the first game, as it was told while playing the levels.

In GR2, the pauses between levels disrupt the pacing. Especially so if you are like me, and enjoy speaking to every character with a keen ear. This broke the game up in a way that was more negative than positive in my opinion. Gameplay-wise, the game is VERY fast-paced and therefore I feel it would be best if the story was done that way aka like it was in the first game. On the other hand, I can see that it would've been impossible to fit all of the stories in the manner I presented, as they had to build from the story established in the first game as well as the fresh story within GR2.

Gameplay-wise, this game is amazing. Any game that does parkour has my praises from the get-go, but GR2 takes it up a WHOLE lot from the very get-go.

Although frustrating at times, the feeling of beating a level/bit you've been stuck on is indescribable. I loved hunting for the voice lines/extras as 1) I am a completionist and 2) it added even more challenge to the game (both parkour and combat-wise).

The addition of the Rougerunner.exe was brilliant and, was something I spent a good quarter/third of my playtime on. I've come to love the roguelike formula as of late and the addition of a mini mode like rougerunner was a pleasant surprise.

The game was glitchy at times, not always showing where you could/could not go very clearly. I also experienced some crashes, wiping 2 different saves from my computer. Although I am sure it was due to my PC, it affected my experience. I'm just happy both crashes occurred early in the game.

One last thing about the saves. I'm unsure why there is only one save slot available. I questioned this more after experiencing crashes and therefore my game corrupting. Out of fear it may happen again, I manually found my save file and backed it up every few hours to make sure I had something to go back to if I were to lose all of my progress again. I'm sure that this is just a small gripe, as most players probs didn't encounter anything near what I did.

To close, Ghostrunner 2 is an amazing first-person slasher, which did parkour and combat amazingly. Although I had one or two problems with the way the story was told, it doesn't matter as much since this game is very gameplay-focused. In saying this, I still thoroughly enjoyed the story that was unfolding in the background, and would recommend this game to anyone (especially when its on sale on steam!)

8/10

Ghostrunner 2 keeps everything that made the first game great, expanded upon it, added new mechanics, and got rid of what didn't stick from the previous installment. The combat felt challenging, while also not feeling unfair, every time I died it felt warranted, and made it all the more satisfying to complete. The world of Dharma and the outside are both crafted wonderfully, giving a very immersive cyberpunk dystopian city to explore. The new combat mechanics make the combat feel so much smoother, the enemies designs feel much more versatile and engaging, and the bosses this time are incredibly engaging and actually really fun. My favorite part of the game though will always be the parkour, both in combat and out of combat. Strongly reccomend to anyone who wants to play a fast paced action game.

A perfection of an already amazing game in every regard, one of the best sequels I've ever played <3

I prefer the level design in the first game, but this is still a lot of fun

They fumbled Ghostrunner 2 so bad. It doesn’t feel at fast paced as the first one and not nearly as polished. It’s riddled with bugs that stop the supposed fast combat to a dead halt.

They drop quality for quantity in this game. They have a lot of mew stuff, except not a lot of it is actually that good. And the game is just too short. For GR1 it was fine but here it’s not. You get like 5 levels outside Dharma tower with the bike, which was like a big point in the trailers and whatnot, and you just don’t really use it. And they also add a wingsuit in the last like 2 levels. Why? It’s just so useless and it feels like they just add things for the purpose of adding things or to seem like the game just has more stuff.

And the story and characters, oh my God. It feels like some absolute mumbo jumbo they pulled out of their asses. It feels so goddamn disconnected and hard to follow, like they’re purposefully not giving all the information, and it’s so frustrating because i have no clue what anybody is talking about because the story is just so hard to follow.

And the characters are just shit. First of all, they add like 5 random characters and then treat them like i know these people and that they’re supposed to be important, or just have any character at all. Like Bakunin, he pops up in the first boss fight to help, and after that says that he’s a former Key, and that’s it. He serves no other purpose other than to just have a character because they need characters.

Ghostrunner 2 feels really weird, like there’s a Ghostrunner 1.5 out there that actually establishes half the stuff they’re talking about so it just doesn’t sound like mumbo jumbo. And i have no idea how anyone could give this game a 9/10, cause that’s what every major gaming review company did. Ghostrunner 2 just has watered down Ghostrunner 1 gameplay, bullshit, bland and stale characters that are there because they need the game to look like it has a story, and the hardest to follow story ever.

This is just a straight upgrade over the original in pretty much every way. Better combat, better level design, better bosses, better story. If I were to have one complaint it would be that it’s greatest new addition is introduced in the very last level so it doesn’t feel like it gets as fleshed out as it could so I hope a sequel comes out that revolves around it.

Very similar to the first game but with tons of new mechanics. It was just as I expected.

Fast-paced brutal fun in lushly detailed cyberpunk environments, just like the first game. And the more open sections do add some nice variety. On PS5, the upscaling used in the performance mode is notably blurry.

What a disappointment, and the FRAME DROPS on pc are insane.

This game wasn’t bad, but to me it was pretty disappointing. When this game is at its best, it plays exactly like the first game, but it does a lot that deviates and that isn’t always a good thing. For starters, they wanted to do a bigger focus on the story and I think that’s a huge misstep for ghostrunner. I have absolutely no investment in the story or characters so the last thing I wanted was to be forced to walk through a hub world and talk to people in order to get to the next level. The characters and story are weak! Why should I have to spend so much time engaging with them?? Also, performance problems plague this game from start to finish, and the developers are more interested in adding new cosmetics than fixing the bugs.

Kind of a step down from the original.

Ghostrunner II in a lot of ways is more of the same. If you were itching for more Ghostrunner, this will scratch that itch. That being said this game isn't as "tight" as the original was. Movement is worse, combat encounters are more basic, and level design is much worse.

There is also some jank and other issues with this release, for example I had to bind my keys every single time I booted up the game.

I had a good time, but it wasn't anything special, especially when compared to the original. I know my review seems mostly negative, but I still give it a 4 because it is in fact more Ghostrunner, and Ghostrunner is fun as hell

The core gameplay is still fun, although the things accompanying it are "okay-ish". The more "open-world" levels are a nice idea but similarly to the open-world in Halo Infinite, largely unnecessary, as you spent a lot of the time simply speeding through with the motorcycle with some small obstacles and combat encounters in between.

The upgrade system is still decent, but sadly lost the creativity of the game's first one, in favor of user-friendliness (and giving you a reason to explore for perk points).

The story is decent so far, and I'd rate it about the same as the first game. I do like the banter between the protagonist and the side characters during the levels, but the dialogue in the "hub" is more "meh" (although you're given a skip button).

My largest gripe is the same as in the first game, which is the overall jankiness of the parkour being largely the same. Wallrunning can either be too sensitive, or not work at all. Mistiming a dash or a jump by a miniscule amount can cause you to die because you didn't wallrun at a slightly too low angle. Kill-barriers on the bottom of the map are sometimes way too deep, causing you to randomly wall-run near it with no chance to get back, which is really annoying.

The game features a roguelike-mod which is pretty cool, although some of its platforming modules are either unreasonably difficult, or piss-easy if you get some broken upgrade like a literal double jump.

I like Titanfall wall running as a ninja as much as the next red blooded male, but I don't think they added enough here from the original to make this more compelling or to fix the issues the first one had. Still a fun ride if you're explicitly craving this kind of gameplay and don't mind the edgy as hell voice acting.

More competently made, paced a lot better, and includes a lot more variety than the first game did. It's also just as cringey, but the cringey tone is actually very consistent, so I think it's intentional.

Some people say the 1st game is better, that truly gave an arcade-style 3D platformer. I will agree that the combat is better to deal with due to its simpler enemy variety and less skills to acquire. However, this game added motorcycle segments, levels that take place outdoors, and a Roguelike mode.

Unsurprisingly, this is one of the best controlling games ever. I love the movement. It's almost on par with Neon White in this regard. The visuals, the music, and the feeling you get when you traverse a level are all excellent. Otherwise, there are some issues. The hub is unnecessary, the writing is bad - the acting is even worse. It's pretty awkward in terms of story presentation. It would be a better game if it was rid of all of this. That's one area I recall the first game actually being superior for. Also, the levels are a bit too sprawling. It's a bit of a negative point, as well. In every other way; the sequel is better. It's super fun to play, and that's what matters most. At least you can skip the dialogue. :)

Ultimately disappointing sequel

Improved over the original in nearly every regard, this sequel to the 2020 indie hit further expands on the intense and satisfying "one hit one kill" gameplay in all the right ways. It's technically rougher around the edges in every other regard, however, and the storytelling is messy and rather grating.
