A decent indie that Nintendo managed to seek out and publish. I found it fun and funny. I love the fact that you are graded either on speed or ability to not break stuff, so you can pick whichever challenge sounds more fun and go just for that one. I love the idea of these kinds of comedic "do the goal and I don't care how you do it" games.
A simple but fun co-op game to play with a friend. There's not much to note considering it simply sets out to be an enjoyable puzzle/objective game with some physics elements, and it largely manages to achieve that. Lots of levels, collectables and additional objectives are also welcome supplemental additions to the experience.
I had a ton of fun with this game. I liked how the player has the choice to either completely destroy the workplace or try to keep it as pristine as possible. The puzzle part of the game was kind of difficult and had me looking up some of the solutions, but other than that, I really liked most of it. I liked the different outfits it is possible to wear and the slapstick humor of the game.
Tries to capitalise on the "small quirky comedy game" thing that Untitled Goose Game started, but unfortunately misses the mark. Tasks often end up taking longer than it should, and unfortunately certain ones feel more like busy-work and just aren't fun to do, regardless of how much you just mess around. The game does have its moments, and there is certainly some charm to it, but it overstays it's welcome. It's fun for a few hours but unfortunately keeps going for so long that the joke stops being funny
Starts off very fun, with it giving you the choice between doing the level legitimately or going for a more destrucive, chaotic approach. Only the completion time for a level really matters towards your end rank, and it's lots of fun fooling around and causing a lot of destruction or trying to avoid it (and failing). However, the further you get in the game, the more it gets rather frustrating instead of fun, with one or two floors having essentially 'escort missions' where the AI either doesn't accept a more creative answer, or it gets stuck on level geometry and it's a hassle getting it unstuck. To top it all off, it crashed on us a few times as we played, and though not a huge problem since most levels can be cleared pretty fast if you know what to do, it does take away from the fun of destruction a bit if you also need to watch out you don't overload the game and lose progress.
Still a great time, especially in co-op and probably best experienced that way, but later levels became a tad too frustrating to score the game higher.

Cute little game. I was hoping that it would've been a little more compelling as it went on but I personally found it to be a bit stale. I also wish the game encouraged destruction more, rather then penalizing it. My big issue with the game is that as the levels get bigger, it started to really perform poorly. A bit of a shame, but still a fine game.
This was a fun little puzzle game with very nice physics that were fun to use. Some of the later levels were actually so difficult that I had to take a break from the game for a while before going back to try again because I just couldn't figure it out. The physics are fun to use and it is extremally fun to just go around and mess up the whole level, destroying everything you can in the wackiest ways you can think of.
There is also a fair bit of collectible cosmetics for your character that you can work on if you want to, but some of them can be easy to find but hard to reach, making a handful of them very antagonizing. I've also heard that multiplayer is extremely fun to play on here and I can imagine it being that way, but I have yet to try it myself.

Mayhem sims are fun and all but par up a mayhem sim with a destructive physics engine and you got one hell of a fun time. Granted it does get old after awhile but the game isn't that long so it's not a huge turn-off. I just like destroying stuff and ruining peoples day; I'm like 90% sure that makes me a bad person but oh well.
Good Job sees you in the role of the bosses kid. You'll start your journey at Dad's company on the bottom floor and work your way to the top. Each floor of the company has levels to complete and represents a different department, though strangely distribution is higher on the tower than accounting, which is an odd place to put it.
You're challenged to complete the jobs quickly, though it doesn't really matter how long you take and without breaking stuff, though you can destroy everything and succeed. Who's going to say the boss' kid didn't do a good job right?
So really the game is about fulfilling the task asked of you while creating as much chaos as possible in the level. And there are puzzles along the way that you might have to find a way of solving (though sometimes you can just smash through them).
It's one of those games that encourages subversion, like maybe if you slingshot the photocopier through the wall it'll knock the projector into the right place kind of thing. And on some levels it's great, you do things you really shouldn't.
But the game forgets this at times. There's a level where you hang paintings on the wall and I could not for the life of me work out an interesting way to do it. And then it really does just feel like your doing a job.
The art style is delightful and there's plenty of hidden outfits to find (which encourages the breaking of stuff) and it does feel like the developer enjoyed making the game.
There's not much replayability, though I haven't played 2 players so maybe there's some more fun to be had there.

Do you ever play a game, have fun with it, and then realise it was very repetitive? That is basically what this game is in a nutshell. I almost never ever abandon games because I didn't like it, but this is one of the few cases.
At first, I found the game to be extremely fun, I enjoyed every moment of it. However, the more and more I played even in ever-increasing smaller sessions the less fun I was having with this game. I used a gift card to get this game luckily, so I didn't lose much in terms of money because it is not worth the price of $20. I did at least have some fun with the game until about the 3rd floor sometimes.
The game itself is one of those hahaha wacky physics engine games and the trailer made it look extremely fun and it is until it gets stupider and stupider like watering flowers. Not everything feels like a job either and more of a time waster. The engine while purposefully broken is too broken, I got literally stuck sometimes (which made the game way more frustrating than it needed to be) and the game has MAJOR lag issues in some areas. It feels like they were like "we don't need to polish this to make this fun".
Overall, I would highly recommend avoiding this game. It was an utter letdown that just left a bad taste in my mouth.
