Fun concept and the game is short, but the controls can be clunky and hard to use.

A small experimental stealth indie game where you play as a roomba defending your home from robbers. Similar to home alone. It's kinda janky and very clunky however has lots of potential for its (now released) sequel to be something special. You can also 100% complete this game in about 30 minutes. I'd skip this one and just get the sequel.

This seems to be more of a demo showcase of sorts for Samurai Punk's full game, Justice Sucks, which came out a few weeks ago, meaning there's only 9 (6 original, 3 bonus modifiers) levels available.

What's available is pretty fun, though I forgo the 'stealth' approach pretty quickly when I realized the best solution was to activate the fire sprinklers and fans, honk like a madman, and then let the robbers crumble underneath, finishing it off by sweeping up the blood and then ramming them once I'm able to do so.

It's 5USD overall, but while I do recommend it, be in mind that it's unfortunately rather janky. I counted a few instances of getting stuck after using the ram move (I'm assuming the game locks up between you hitting them, while also doing a killing animation you get when sweeping their body), control lockups, and Titular Funny Ragdolls that impede game progress. Nothin too bad since these levels aren't so long, but it got annoying regardless.

His little robot eyes when he's finished killing all the intruders got me every time!

He's just so pleased with himself for defending his home, I'm sure his family is very proud of him. I'd say that maybe they should consider moving since their house is constantly getting broken into by larger and larger groups of bandits, but I'm not sure how they'd be able to sell a house with so much human viscera squelched into the carpets and baseboards. I only got the house like 40% clean most of the time, there's definitely gonna be a noticeable smell when a realtor shows the house.

Lord Roombo runs around his fuckin house that he can control a bit so he can shoot knives at delinquents and drop ceiling fans on ne'er-do-wells.

It's an easy plat if you give a shit, and you get a free pat on the back from the developers when they thank you in the title cards. Everybody wins!

It's a simple, basic little indie game with very little variety - you're a roomba who activates traps to kill burglars, and clean up the remains. Simple, dark and slightly cute. The game is basically just 6 levels (plus 3 bonus levels) of them stretching this concept as far as it can possibly go. Only 1 map, and the abilities are never added to as the game progresses. It can be beaten in an afternoon, but if you got this for cheap (in my case, through the Humble Trove), it's not much of a waste.

The critical flaw is the amount of bugs present - they won't always show up to ruin your run, but Roombo can get stuck permanently on a lot of physics objects, among other issues I've heard such as falling out of the map, so this can present a serious annoyance.

Recommended if you want a simple, replayable game to kill 10-15 minutes with.

It's a cool little idea for a game but its only 6 levels and when I finish the last one it just cuts to a black screen and I have to restart the game. The bonus levels aren't fun and I had a bug where upon killing the last thief my robot got locked in place and I couldn't do the final cleaning part of the stage and had to just sit there for a minute or so

Not a bad game but not worth the price at all. Get it in a sale

I really don't know what to say about this game. There isn't much to say about this game. Roombo: First Blood is the clearest example of a title that does what it says on the tin I've experienced in some while. The play on words based on the first Rambo film should tell you everything about what you'll be doing though to be honest if we're going theatrical here, it's more akin to Home Alone.

It's Christmas, your family have gone out and you're asleep in the charging dock like the good little Roomba you are when you hear burglars breaking in. Not on your watch! Being a self aware Roomba you can hack obviously and the whole game revolves around you running away, sometimes hiding and setting off traps. Exploding electrical sockets, showers, coffee machines, dropping fans on them, whatever you can do to kill those pesky thieves. Once done you need to clean up as best you can munching their corpses, blood and footprints. Suck up enough blood and you gain a ram move to physically smash into them.

The whole experience is, in case not obvious from the name alone, all very tongue and cheek and silly fun. It's only issue is it becomes monotonous extremely quickly. There are 6 levels plus 3 bonus levels but they are identical except more enemies. Same house, same traps, literally nothing changes. The bonus levels at least try for some gimmicks like loads of knives, invisible enemies etc but not enough to keep any real interest.

Fortunately the game knows what it is. It's priced accordingly, is cheap as chips and doesn't out stay it's welcome as you can finish and platinum it in an hour. Worth it as a palette cleanser or to take a break from bigger games one evening and is entertaining while it lasts.

Serial Cleaner BUT you do the killing too.

Short indie game that you can finish in like 20-30 minutes.
The gameplay is easy to understand and fun for a bit, so I'm glad it's short. Kill and clean, not much to do. Some bugs ruins the flow cause you might get stuck on objects.
