Worth replaying just for Emily, she is MY final girl.
Det er et super sjovt spil. Jeg føler det er prototypisk for sin genre. Det er nøje designet for den situation, hvor du sidder med venner på en sofa og spiller og hygger og griner og gyser i kor. Det er måske lidt for langt, og der er måske lidt for mange øjeblikke med meget lidt aktivitet, men jeg var stadig betaget af hvor godt det blev, når man delte indtrykket med andre.
Historien er jo super plat. Men det er en sand fornøjelse at se skuespillet, at interagere "akavet" med omgivelserne, at gætte på fremtidige beslutninger ved brug af totempæle, at fordele karaktererne blandt os på sofaen, så vi hver især kunne spille lidt og "fejle" individuelt.

....i killed the fire man, chris, jessica, josh and matt. matt i'm just so sad about, the flamethrower and jess was just me being dumb and chris was hard... josh.. well i got scared cause i thought i'd kill sam and i didn't get to find out the one piece of information that would keep him alive
and at the end i guess i also killed mike and ash... tbh i thought mike would be the only one to die cause i forgot ash was there.. but whatever. sam and emily were safe tho !!! very fun game, might try it again eventually to see different endings and stuff so !

Um jogo com ótimo enredo e personagens, a gameplay é simples e funcional e os gráficos são ótimos, não tem muito o que se falar sobre until Dawn, ele é divertido e com uma ótima história

misericórdia nunca vi tanto personagem chato em desinteressante so minha princesa sam q se destaca, chegou um ponto que eu ja tava mais engajado pelos wendigos q pela história

Someone suggested "play as if trying avoid 'horror movie character cliches' and the characters will live." Devs ensured this internal logic remains consistent with clues, reports etc.
Plot was nicely paced, filled with great branching choices. The actors were told to play stereotypes and the acted very nicely. Very well done visuals/animations and great OST from Dead Space composer Jason Graves. Nice use of PS4 motion controls + touchpad too.

- My playthrough - Saved Sam and Chris.
(Last played 3 months ago before now playing through to ending, so my judgement is clouded).
- I loved the way Josh went from a dick to genuinely great character (based on choices of course).
- Love how genre changed from Slasher to supernatural to psych ward horror to monster hunt. It kept the story so fresh. And pacing wasn't bad either.
- Butterfly effect mechanic is such a good cloak to over its choice-consequences system. Beats out Telltale's approach easily.
- Josh's backstory is sad though slightly dramatic.

I think it is an okay story game. That is really it, I don't find myself thinking about it or wanting to play again.

this is probably my favorite horror survival game of all times. the script is immaculate and the progression is entertaining. the plot twists never cease to amaze you and it is a rollercoaster of emotions. you love them, you hate them. you start loving characters you hated and hating characters you loved. and then they can all die at the end. it's just wow.
Most of the characters are REALLY ANNOYING, but the plot, the horror and everything else are
