Aaaaaaa the smell of old KOF
This is a game that feels like you're gonna have the right tools to deal with anything at the given time. The systems in this game is more straightforward, but I think that just means there's less distractions. This is def my favorite cast in the franchise, people talk about balance leaving the top tiers on top, but at-least the low teirs do a good job of proving a somewhat unorthodox challenge.

One of the more fun boomer fighting games you'll get to play. Emulate it, purchase it on steam or support your locals. Don't bet on console versions unless it's the ps2 remaster.

Com um balanceamento melhor do que o 2002, gosto mais. Infelizmente, o DS4 aqui é ainda pior do que no 2002, não consigo me divertir jogando. Talvez eu aprenda a usar D-Pad e reavalie.

Fun dream fight experience, nice and easy to pick up, however, it is still rooted in the early days too much for me
One of the best fighting games ive had the pleasure of playing. Holds up super well, even playing an arcade version. Mechanics are great, graphics are too

Personally I didn't like this game as much as I did '97. I don't know what it was exactly, maybe the AI was just too hard for me, maybe remembering the trauma that Rugle gave me in '94, but '98 just doesn't do it for me. I will say '98 overall is still just as presentable as the last two games, but the story isn't particularly interesting compared to the last two. Rugle is just kinda of a douche, compared to Orochi and his goons, and frankly I have no idea what he has to do with Rugle, but whatever. It is really cool though that they have a roulette helper at the continue screen, I really think more fighting games should have them, but aside from that, I'd rather play '96 or '97.
This version of Omega Rugal is super fun, I love that they gave him a new move set and one of his moves is just a "nothin' personal kid" lightspeed bumrush.

Ok, esse é o primeiro Dream Match da HISTÓRIA, acho que '98 foi o jogo que CRIOU esse termo, e isso é ótimo, história em FG é bacana mas né... O jogo tá visualmente mais polido, e a gameplay é uma das melhores da série, além disso a OST é GODLIKE!!!
