SCREEN CRUNCH, controls feel tight but are barely a good point because the level design is so spread out in comparison to the screen size, so you have giant gaps in the level you have to guess where to land or jump unless you died already. The isometric point of view or whatever you'd call this is the killer for me, ledges feel 2x shorter than they visually are.

Challenging Platformer with a unique mechanic, boomerang felt very wonky and 50/50 whether it would work in your favor. Platforming was good, music is the best part for me though it does get grading if your on a level for more than 5 minutes. Overall I think the music is a huge part of the game, without good music this game would be a lot less desirable in my opinion

The most involved I have ever felt in a games story before, I really don't know how to describe everything I love about this game let alone the story itself. Characters are lovable and memorable, and the world feels so big while being so small in general (the world is literally small, story wise and gameplay wise). I feel happy and empty at the same time but I'm glad it ended the way it did. I shouldn't play this game ever again but I know I will years from now, its sad but there will be another happy end when the time comes.

4th wall breaking parody on a streamer life, I was invested to whole way trying to help her reach her goal of 1 million subscribers, refraining from drugs and helping her become something more. Which is something we should all strive for ourselves and the people around us
definitely a much needed casual experience, fun button mashing beat'em-up, level progression can be frustrating basically being a marathon until you die sometimes causing you to expend all your potions and die by the very end of a level, having to restart from the beginning of the level. Overall however its a very enjoyable and goofy game

Fixes problems I have with the original Sun+Moon while also holding some of its old flaws, First Island into half of the second island is a slog, VERY linear at some points basically moving from one island challenge to the next with 1 route inbetween.
The story is a lot better in my opinion with lots of additional dialogue and story beats to fully flesh out the characters a lot better than the originals. Totem Pokemon are super BS since they're designed as raidbosses, and Ultra Necrozma is uhhh.
Overall I think I enjoyed it and appreciate this Gen a lot more now because of these Enhancements, a shame I tried to play this back to back after the original all those years ago, the drive to replay was completely destroyed for years. Now that I have finished, Gen 7 is one of the better generations IMO from the uniqueness of everything.

The cut and dry version of the anniversary game, not much too it, I can feel the budget and time constraints but its also by Dimps so that's probably why it feels like that. very easy aside from highly questionable level design and just ungodly cheap deaths due to it. I was always curious of this version due to the exclusive levels but 10 years later I now realize i wasn't missing much due to the levels all feeling the same with minimal uniqueness, now PC mods probably do it 10x better anyway.

Feels super dated without sprint, guns have crazy recoil making aiming more than 10 feet in front of you a hassle. Very small box sized setpiece areas make each mission feel very dull, doesn't help that the game isn't very story driven and more historically accurate, something World at War does much better in both areas I believe. I'm sure the game is enjoyable but my patience was running thin.
First time playing through Hoenn fully, my team was very odd in terms of the games layout so it took a little while for the everything to start rolling, a few strange level curves at times but other than that it was smooth sailing. I only found out until this playthrough that bag limits were a thing until gen 4 and THANK GOD they removed them. Music is brass instrument city but its still charming, not my favorite generation but it certainly holds up today.
