The game was bought on GOG.com.
The first game in Metal Gear series. Though it's really good good game for the time, it just didn't age well. Item grinding, primitive stealth system with guards having the literal line of sight, easily cheesable bosses and unfair traps. Still, I really enjoy the game. Really good, though really short OST and competent map design help this game stay afloat. This game is truly a product of its time.

Even though the game is set in Paradise, AZ, it truly captures spirit of living in Omsk.

One of the best first-person shooters. I think that every enjoyer of the genre should play this game, no matter what. Peak level design, amazing graphics for the time, big, but not always open areas, powerful, but balanced weapons, and smart, but not unfair enemies. Digital Extremes did really good job to make the impressive tech demo for Unreal Engine a really fun and challenging game.

This game is definitely a big improvement from Portal. More game mechanics, more characters, more tests, more story, more lore, more humor, more personality, and most definitely more fun. And the execution is on top. The co-op mode is a really good addition to the main game. Replaying this sometime later.

The game is nice, but it just feels like tech-demo. Don't get me wrong, but there is not enough everything in the game. I still love the game's puzzle design, mysterious setting and Ellen McLain's performance for all talking charaters (especially Curiosity Core).

The game is a nice shooter with good graphics stylized for retro. Guns feel nice. Enemies are mostly fair. I liked the weapon upgrade system. I'd say that level structure reminds me of Mario games. Like there are some worlds that consist of different enviroments and like 5 levels in them. I played on difficulty above normal, and only thing that felt hard is the final boss.
Overall, this game was a pleasant experience for me. Not replaying.

I like the change in setting from Pink Hour. A nice Kero Blaster side-story game. Doesn't have as much replayability as Pink Hour, though.

Cute small platformer with nice replayability. Couldn't beat it on hard, so not completed.

This review is an addition to my Metal Gear Solid Snake Eater 3D review. The game was played on RPCS3, only with original Snake Eater camera and also with no alerts. This version offers much smoother experience than 3DS port. The controls are more stiff, but the smooth framerate compensates really much. I think that Subsistence camera is much better to see everything nearby, and Snake Eater camera is just better for observing something farther. I think that this version of Snake Eater is much more suitable for the first playthrough, than 3DS version, although both versions are amazing.

The game was played on hacked 2DS. I own the Japanese version, and since I don't understand the language, I decided to pirate English version (thank Nintendo for closing eShop).
This is my first MGS3 experience, since I didn't own PS2/PS3 version back then.
I tried not to use crouch-walk, cause I wanted more "original" experience. I still used sidestep. The story is much more simple than story of MG1-S2, having almost no twists. I really liked the characters, especially The Boss and Ocelot. The bosses are much less brutal on Normal. Every one of them requires unique approach. I also really liked Camo-Index mechanic, allowing player to change camouflage for new surroundings. I didn't really like Stamina, when it drops low it makes aiming awfully hard. Locations are beautiful. Even the starting ones like Рассвет.
This is definitely good way to play MGS3, even though the framerate is unstable. I think, that this version has many quality-of-life improvements, like the ablity to move, when having sniper rifle equipped. Original MGS3 is much more smooth, though.

The game was played on legal copy bought on GOG, before delisting. I used V's Fix, because the game doesn't support modern controllers and resolutions.
The gameplay is inproved MGS1 gameplay with new First-Person View aiming feature. Both main characters play almost identically. The stealth system is much more ruthless. Guards can see much further, though they still notice you only in their "cone" of sight, and alert is provoked only after the guard requests backup on the radio. The story is much more confusing, than the story of MGS1, but everything is explained in late game. The bosses are fun, but on higher difficulties, they are unfair. After Playing MGS3, I can say, that MGS2 is the hardest game in the series.
Still, I think that this game is necessary to play through, if you have completed MGS1.

So far, so good. The game has good artstyle and really interesting, yet simple characters. The battle system is really unique, having bullet hell elements, and allowing to either use brute force and spells or try to negotiate with enemies. Bosses are hard, but fair. If you like Undertale, play DELTARUNE.

Amazing game with really good artstyle. Really good battle system with bullet hell elements. The story is simple, but it works. The characters are lovely and friendly. I can't bring myself to playing genocide route. If you like DELTARUNE play Undertale.

Don't get me wrong. I like this game. It was suggested for me on stream, and RNG chose this game. I really liked the dark athmosphere this game has. Level design is kind of awkward, but it is still not bad. I was devastated by the difficulty of bosses. I just don't think, that I am able to beat them without grind. I still recommend to try this game.

Гляди вождя, какой вкууууусный булка.
