Top tier level design and music but have to dock a star for the green stars.

It is not completely terrible but it doesn't do anything particularly well either. The level design drags, the enemy variety is non existent, the soul weapons are a snoozefest, and the story is a clownshow.

It would be an alright Castlevania entry for an early portable if it didn't run at the speed of molasses.

I liked the map with the archviles

I played the newest Radiohead album while experiencing this masterpiece. To defeat Metal Gear, plant explosions in this order: (R,R,L,R,L,L,R,L,L,R,R,L,R,L,R,R)

The review of balance also prevents me from commenting

The person who thought it was a good idea to have to double tap a direction to run in a game with a large interconnected map should be promoted to the president of Konami

Fate Stay Night was a pretty fun read and there is alot of moments I liked in all the routes but I personally felt that Heaven Feel was the only route that fully acted on its premise while the Fate and Unlimited Blade Works felt kind of barebones but as my introduction to Nasu writing, not half bad and looking forever to checking out his other works.

4 out of 5 gameplay wise but have to dock a star for the clown show that was the pc port.

A true Capcom masterpiece, up there with the greats like Mega Man X7 and Breath of Fire 6

Damn, actually glad Mario and Luigi died now considering how Paper Mario got transformed into a gimmick fest

Harmony of Dissonance will always be an enigma from its GBC style soundtrack, to it weird overlapping map structure to it being one of the easiest Castlevanias thanks in part to its absolutely busted special weapon system but with a few playthroughs, I absolutely start to respect this game for what it does right. Juste ability to not only backdash but forward dash as well gives a sheer level of pace and momentum that Circle of the Moon sorely lacked with Nathan Graves being stuck basically as a Classicvania character in SOTN map structure. The soundtrack and disorienting visuals and map also really make this game have this ethereal vibe that I haven't really seen most games go for.

If you want to play Mega Man 1 with a worse soundtrack, and actually worst level design plus jank physics, then this is the game for you.

This game absolutely bangs, from the baller soundtrack to the absolutely fast and frenetic action of X and Zero, this will stand as one of the definitive high points of my Mega man series marathon.
