Short, very short, but it makes it up with everything else, a good game makes me want more, a GREAT game makes me cherish it without even playing it.
Best one out of all the games in the series, the Momodora to end them all.

after all the sprite updates this game might just be one of the best roguelikes out there and i'm not even exaggerating
deckbuilding on the fly, real-time grid-based combat, it's like megaman battle network but on coke
the speed is perfectly fine and if you think otherwise youre a BITCHHHH!!!!!!!!

you know about the shit that went down, im not gonna go into detail about that but...
remember that thing of "limbus isn't like other gachas" yeah no that's gone now lol
the game forces you to grind relentlessly if you want to get everything you want so you either pay money or just give up on not missing out ids, not to mention leveling them up as well
the chances for the gacha itself are forgiving compared to other games (which says a lot about this "genre" lol) but the game still uses the same shitty tactics to artificially extend your playtime just like any other gacha

Unironically 10/10 game aside from the things in the game that are obviously made to be garbage slop.
Hard to get into, rewarding once you do, reminds me of hotline miami a lot.

Story is interesting but could've been explored more, still good for what it is.
Gameplay is so much fun, the grapple takes a little getting used to but once you do it's the most satisfying thing ever.
Weapons feel under-explored, since 80% of them you need to REALLY go out of your way to find them, but all of them are fun to play with.

Visuals are lacking but by god does this game make it up with everything else
Story isn't that great but hey it's not the main focus
The main focus is actually just the combat system which, even if you have no idea what you're doing - like me - you can still feel awesome and pull off some pretty damn cool stunts
Spell card art also goes unbelievably hard

Simple combat but has some depth to it, visuals are captivating, yuri, soundtrack is nice, i still haven't beat mage gold adventure.

life has so many flavors and yet im still salty
This game isn't exactly a sequel, more so an exploration of the first one.
That being said however, everything here is a massive improvement from the first game.
Only issue is that it seems to lack some sort of "objective", leaving you sort of lost and wondering "why am i doing this again" at times.
Other than that it's great.

Yomi hustle might not be everyone's cup of tea but GOD do i love it.
Also helps how the game is more of a framework rather than a fully fledged one, as funny as that might sound.
It's got dozens upon dozens of mods for skins, fully fledged characters and stages, all in the steam workshop.
But even without those, the base game is still genuinely phenomenal.

Characters are all likeable in one way or another
I want rodya to hug me and tell me everything is gonna be ok
Studio EIM did a phenomenal job on the soundtrack as usual
Focuses more on abnormality fights than humans and the like, which i very much do enjoy, the abno fights in LoR were fun but at times felt too gimmicky
