So let me be honest, if you look at my review of Red Dead Redemption 2 or my profile, you’ll know my thoughts on this game. That does not mean I don’t have anything to say about it though. Similar to Red Dead (but still inferior) it has crazy world building. They had no need to put in a TV with multiple shows, Radio with hosts and talk shows and news, movies, and a whole internet browser. It’s unneeded, but it’s there and I love that. Literally one time I just watched the TV in the game instead of actually playing the game and another time I just browsed the web in game. It’s just that much fun to explore the world in the game and Los Santos is definitely one of the best maps in the game. The missions are very memorable…none of which I’ll state because that would be spoiling. Gameplay is fun, the heists are fun missions and the side quests (which I actually did this time) are all fun. Driving and flying are nice (not forza level obviously, but still very good) The only complaint I have with gameplay is (unless you change the settings) the shooting has too much aim assist which is just not fun because it’s too easy. The main thing I want to focus on with this review though is it vs Cyberpunk 2077. One thing that they did say when advertising the game is that Cyberpunk isn’t GTA V…but honestly I feel like it is to some extent. Minus the RPG mechanics in cyberpunk they are basically the same game. Both center on criminals who are trying to enter/leave the criminal world and get wrapped into some criminal stuff that they must try to get out of. There is some interactivity with the world and worldbuilding, various guns and vehicles, and a map set in a mock Los Angeles………I like GTA V better. Anyways that’s all I have to say about that. I highly recommend you pick it up and play it since after all its basically $15 for most of the time. This review does not include GTA Online because I don’t really care. I’m still going to play it, but drop out after doing the contract dlc for it and I guess a heist, but who knows maybe this will age poorly. I’m also going to rank everything I’ve played soooo that’s gonna suck some time, and then keep chugging on my backlog. Just to conclude, this was a game that I’ve been dying to play and it did not disappoint and even exceeded my expectations.

Damn this game was good, like really good. Once you get used to the controls (trust me you will) it’s an overall fun shooter with great horror. The story is good enough to keep you going through with it. The characters are great like really great. The game has probably one of the best weapon and storage systems I’ve seen. I can go on but I’m not. My god play it already…definitely going to check out the rest of the series, but it’s gonna be hard to beat this one!

Good parody, I like this more than some FNAF games somehow

5 stars for Donkey Kong December

Fun game but replay value kills it. Burn out in this game is real…don’t play it too much or it’ll make going back to this game seem boring

Before I begin, why is this game marked as a simulator…I guess it simulates getting scared…anyways. I had fun with this one. The story is fine, the gameplay though is fun…if you subtract searching for stuff. I’m gonna be completely honest, I ended up looking up half of the locations for the quests like the generators what not because I am terrible at finding stuff in games so don’t look at my review if you’re goin “but is it fun to find stuff”. The horror elements I can comment on. One complaint I’ve seen with the game is that the security droids movement is randomized and to be honest, it’d be more scary to have it randomized to keep the player on their toes. The first jumpscare hits the most with later ones declining in scare factor besides some exceptions. It does a good job at scaring…THAT BEING SAID. I have not played Alien Isolation yet and a lot of reviews I’ve heard say it’s a wanna be of that game. First off there are other games that have stealth horror so it’s kind of a weak point in the sense that it’s trying to be this, but on the other hand I haven’t played alien isolation and it could be way better than this game soooooo who knows. I was also thinking while playing “this would be cool I’m vr”. I like having a non vr option available, but if they ever add vr I think it’ll be the best one yet since horror games in vr are on a different level. That also being said, there is a vr game similar to this called “Jurassic World Aftermath” soooo might pick that up and review it later. The game runs terribly in some areas like it lags…on a PS5, and the graphics don’t look that good in some areas. Lastly, the best part of the game is Gregory and Freddy and the Memes…that is all, goodbye…BUT WAIT THERE’S MORE

Before this review was a 4, but now it’s a 3.5! How did it get this way? Well it’s simple. The game is more broken then what I thought. I forgot to consider: no jumpscare animations at some points, enemy teleportation, enemies getting stuck making you win boss fights easily, balls in ball pit not generating ball effect. jumpscares that should’ve never happened including one in the elevator, a part in which I can’t spoil that got butchered by a model still being present, Freddy disapearing in elevator, and glitching out of the charging tube. And that is before I went back to do the true ending since I got the bad ending and already met most of the criteria for the true ending. I used a glitch allowing saves after 6 AM, At the final non descriptive boss, Freddy randomly decides to run out of juice fast, and best of all: I got jumpscare in the credits randomly. At least I got the achievement so yeah, docked a star due to glitchy performance. If they improve the star will be brought back but for now it is what it is

And now there is more…no dock this time, but thank god I’m not the only one that thinks the game was hard. YouTuber Astro Spiff commented that it is easier to break the game then it is to actually complete it based off of how hard it is to find stuff and honestly the more I think the more I just want to play alien isolation or Jurassic Aftermath…man this was one long review. I might try to speedrun since it’s broken that bad who knows.

And now there is more people are confirming that this game has little directions on what to do which is a big no no for main plot stuff so docker half a star for that amongst other issues. The more I think about this game the worst it gets. But hey the characters and the memes are fun!

The cars play soccer

Ok let me get the over said stuff out of the way: Enemy AI=Bad, Mechanics=Very Interesting, Gameplay=Satisfying. But I want to focus on the story of the game. First of all round of applause to the voice actors. Second the base story is simple, but good (no spoilers here). But, there is one thing that bums me down in any game…text. If you want to understand the game your gonna have to find the whole text background lore novel which sucks. I want to see the story not read it. However, this text might be some peoples things so I’m not to judge. And I immediately cancel that out by enemy dialogue. Why haven’t people been talking about this more. This the best enemy dialogue I’ve heard in a game. Normally it’s “hey boss wants us to do this, let’s do this” which is boring making you want to kill them and move along. The dialogue from the enemy npc’s are actually really good. You can walk into any building and just watch the whole scene play out and it’s just funny. Overall great game minus the AI flaw and one glitch. Pick it up when it goes on sale if you’re not desperate to play it. I’d recommend.

I do understand if this game isn’t your cup of tea, but I enjoy a good story and this is definitely one of them. I’m coming from Until Dawn which is a good game, but it is nothing compared to this. The branching paths are more diverse and have more flesh to them. All the characters are great and the sub plots are good. My only complaint is that Kara’s plot is really insignificant and her death means nothing. Like you can just kill the family right at the beginning and it will not effect the game. However, the subplot is still good and adds more depth so that’s cool. Give it a try and you’ll enjoy it!

This is one of the funniest games I've ever played. If the gameplay gets stale you can stay around for the funny cut scenes. Luckily the gameplay is lego so it's fun while being easier for its targetted younger audience. Each one of the disguises is used well with each level and blends in one another and combat are different from any other lego game. The open world is a nice touch with different areas and a lot of collectibles. However, the best trait without a doubt as stated earlier is its comedy. This game just has a great sense of humor and anyone can enjoy it. The story is good too, especially if you have good knowledge of crime investigation shows and know the tropes. Lego really did a good job especially for the price of $5.99 when I got it on sale. It is worth every penny and is easily one of the most memorable games I've ever played..........but, the game has one glaring issue that made me take away a star. Performance on Switch is terrible. I'd assume it's an improvement from Wii U, but it just doesn't run well with very periodic frame rate drops that just ruin the experience. The frame rate drops even happen in the cut scenes which I'm not sure how that's even possible. I wish Panic Button could go through this game and make it run smoother because if they got Doom Eternal to work on Switch, they can make this game work easily. Regardless definitely check this one out if you have the time!

You can’t tell me that for a very good competitive fighting game on a handheld at the time was impressive! This was honestly better than Wii U’s version just because of what it accomplished. Yeah graphics aren’t anything to right home about, but the game runs so well and has most of the regular content (although altered in some modes). And it’s smash, one of the greatest fighting franchises in history. The high review is just to say at the time this was revolutionary, and to think now we have another smash, but on a portable hybrid...it is just so cool!

Gameplay wise it’s the same just they changed the crosshairs and it’s more refined. Difficulty wise though I decided to do crushing and my god it was tough. Now it wasn’t dark souls tough, but it was tough to the point of either being annoying or challenging depending on the level. However any sense of difficulty is thrown out the window when you recognize that you can use the cheats unlocked after the first completion and still be able to get the charted trophy. However the hardest part in reality is the high score trophy. Story wise my god its on par with Last of Us in my opinion (hence why I give this one 5 stars). I won’t say much just read the plot synopsis if you want an idea of what you’re getting into. Go play this game!

To say that this was the weakest and still pulls out a 4 star review shows how greatly developed the whole franchise is. Uncharted gameplay is the same old gameplay that people like. They added different melee fighters which spice up gameplay a little, but nothing really noteable. Story wise though it shows why this is the weakest entry. The flow is ok, the villains aren’t rememberable, and some parts just feel dead to me. However, that being said I like the direction they took with Sully and Drake, but I feel like 4 does it almost the same and way better! Still especially in the collection this is definitely a game I can still recommend even though you could throw out the events of this one!
