Overall the game is a complete shitshow of braindead take after braindead take. I skipped majority of dialogue, but from when I would be forced to listen, the main character is bitching and complaining that he doesn't want his future self to kill a few innocent people in order to save thousands+ of innocent people in the future, and eventually it comes to some stupid ass "oh but it's okay we found this super convenient way of saving everyone from inevitable doom with some bullshit we had no clue about prior." Not only is the story bad, but the overuse of the rewind mechanic in combat is absurd and completely mind numbing. The gameplay loop in itself is boring, repetitive, and at times confusing due to the horrible controls (on controller) and poor movement. I really expected the movement in this game to be fun as the trailers made it look awesome, but overall it was just not a fun experience.

Oh. That's crack. That's cocaine crack drugs on the Steam top sellers list.

An amazing new take on a rouge-like. The art work for the cards are fantastic. The scenery of the game gives you a relaxing feel perfect for poker playing. Striving to get higher and higher scores is addicting. This game is fantastic and you should play it, NOW!

An alright game. Not really much story to this game and the art style for the characters weren't good in my eyes. But the art style for the fish were nice looking and the atmosphere was perfect. Overall, not terrible, not amazing, but still pretty good!

Great Mario game for the 3DS but unfortunately a lot of the levels are reused especially in the 2nd set of worlds to explore. I like that they give you more to do but the reusing of levels makes it super redundant. Still a pretty good Mario game though!

The best 3D mario game to date! It's super peaceful when exploring for moons and the peace makes the exploring so relaxing. A great game to sink hours in and to zone out to!

Great Point-and-Click adventure game. Plus it has some funny af dialogue!

For when you need to scratch the speedrunner itch this game has got you covered. I love the way you cut your enemies in half and getting their blood on your face, it really quenches the bloodlust.

Everything hateful and bad I have to say goes to the Tetrimidion.

I am still playing through Palworld as we speak, but I figured I'd write in my review, to document the time I got into the game. I have logged 40 hours, and don't plan on slowing down. The automation is a little clunky, but fun nonetheless. The selection of Pals is great, and I find each of them quite unique. I do wish evolution was a thing, but I guess not.

I'm not really going to argue over the AI argument. None of it is proven, yet, to have been used in Palworld. So until then, I won't let it affect my review.

I find it a bit tedious moving around the map. The sprinting is quite slow, and I WANT to explore this vast world, but feel discouraged in doing so.

The bosses are pretty fun. They kicked my ass.

The crafting is pretty good, and I found levelling up my base to be pretty fun.

I wish the level cap was higher than 50, but if this game continues to get updates, I could see them extending the cap.

The game is quite addicting, such as a lot of these survival games are. But I do like it more than some others such as LEGO Fortnite. I kind of respect that Palworld just throws a bunch of big games together into this cluster of a wacky stew. The guns, the butchering, all of it is so crazy in the most fun way possible. Does that make it a great game? No. Does that make is an absolute blast? Yes.

I will stay tuned on future updates such as PvP. I hope they add more Pals in the future, and keep updating this game with great new content and features. The numbers this game is hitting financially is just insane, and will be looked back on as a phenomenon in a few years.

Overall, i rank Palworld a strong 7.
