One of the best Fan Games I've ever played. Even took the time to join the Discord and make sprites for it.

Tons of replayability I've already played over 200 hours of it.

Absolutely LOVE this game!! Sure, the base game has tons of crashes and issues but the fact that the modding community is so active in bringing it up to modern standards just shows how much love people have for this game.

Fantastic game, but looking back on it you really are at a disadvantage if you choose Treecko rather than the other two starters.

Only issue is that you can't get the Mareep line in this game :(

Really enjoyed the first iteration of the game and makes me want to purchase the new version on Switch for the enhanced customizability!

Probably one of the best Digimon games on the DS but has way too many complications to be perfect.

I feel like it tried very hard to differentiate from the Pokemon system that ultimately made features like Digimon Type, Random Battles, Level up, and Digivolving difficult.

First off the XP system requires a certain amount from specific typed Digimon. It's a little complicated but usually easy to do if you have access to all the areas. Seeing as the locations are slightly restricted because of your level at the beginning, you may have trouble starting with the Digimon you want.

A big issue with the Digivolve system besides that are the "have met" condition. So, unless you've been able to link up with someone else with the game or started out with certain Digimon (Pandamon) you cannot obtain them even through evolution.

If you do not have these specific digimon you cannot DNA digivolve to obtain higher ranks. Not that you'd really need to even if you wanted because the game ends before the top tier digimon are even needed.

The typing system is so variable it's hardly worth your time. Certain digimon have strengths against a certain type or weaknesses but it's so randomized there's no "Dark is weak to light" it's on a case by case basis.

Man I just wanted Beelzemon and Banchouleomon :( which are exclusives but apparently only exclusive if you have the right set up.

A nice little horror game with a decent aesthetic but a slightly confusing story. The enemies are very well designed, and the levels have a fearful atmosphere drawing you into the world. Unfortunately, in the main game only there is very little understanding of the world of The Maw.

2010

A short but decent puzzle game making use of shadows.

A dark point and click game that goes deep into the past of our young protagonist.

You can spend the rest of your life paying off the cost of one book, one decision, and many the many souls trapped within it's pages.

Gameplay is very simple and the game itself is very short but the atmosphere and horror make up for it's length.

Wonderful level and puzzle designs challenging for us and our toddler character.

I went into this game thinking it was just your average streamer bait but I came out satisfied with the story and the mid level gaming difficulty.

A much longer and more polished game than the original Ty. A big issue with it is the mission system. There's no differential between main missions and side missions which leaves most of the game as filler with the few main missions/boss fights there are.

The best game of the series featuring: more locations, more gadgets, better animation, and a fantastic plot!

I'm totally not biased even though I played this game a lot as a kid. Seriously good puzzle game for children under the age of 10.

Hatoful Boyfriend went from a cute little joke to being one of my all time favorite games. I didn't think much when my friend gifted me a Pigeon dating simulator- BOY WAS I WRONG! The path's were the basic cliché's that all dating sims have, I thought that was the basis with a pigeon motif. Further on in the game I began to piece together a few little surprises, and let's just say the final puzzle piece is a big one. This isn't your average date!....it's an experience...

I think the only bad points I had with the game were with the skip button. If you're not smart with it you will skip over new dialogue so you usually will have to play through the whole thing each new birdie which can get tedious. I missed a few cute moments with this so be careful before you skip!

Psychonauts is more than just nostalgia, it's an adventure! It brings me back to games being $30 a pop, and aimed towards style rather than realism. This is a perfect example of a memorable old game. Like many, it's been forgotten over time. I never even played it till i saw it on steam! (mostly because I could never find a copy) But seriously:

The art is fantastic, I really love the detail put into the character models and the different stylizations of each level. The voice acting is pretty great, I especially love Raz and Lili's. The story's fantastic! It has it's comedy elements, over all a nice little story, but if you search deep enough you can find a few deep dark secrets... The gameplay is solid, I rarely had issues.

The only problem I can say with the game is that sometimes Figments are hard to spot. Figments aren't required to complete the game, but they're more so a treasure hunt item so it doesn't matter unless you want to 100% the game. Either way I think you'll enjoy it even if you have to go figment hunting!
