A surprisingly fun time even in modern day. There is something weirdly enjoyable about running around and catching apes with a big net.

Its unique use of the analog sticks while cumbersome at times (especially while driving vehicles) is actually quite any interesting and even intuitive once you get used to it. Surprising that after all this time developers have not looked into using the sticks in similar ways.

However, as a Biology major I can't overlook the false equivocation of apes and monkeys .

Puzzles feel perfectly balanced, cleaver enough that you will need to use some brain power and think outside the box at times, but not so difficult that you are sitting there frustrated for extended periods of time until ultimately giving up and looking up answers online

Heavily atmospheric with dark but interesting environments to explore. The game makes use of different themes that leaves the story open for players to interpret and theorize themselves.

Would recommend for both people wanting to try out a puzzle game as well as hardcore puzzle fans.
