Wow. What a fantastic game. There are some things that could have been a little better (like speeding up text), but I'm very impressed by this game. The fact this was mostly made by one person is incredible.

This is like a small version of a Persona game (when it comes to the day to day stuff and relationships) with action combat gameplay and purchasable upgrades. Highly recommend.

Wow. This game goes on way too long with too much repetition. It was neat for a bit to see a Max Payne-like, but boy did that wear thin. The saving grace to this game though, you can set damage you take to 0 and have infinite ammo.

I have not played a wrestling game in over a decade. I had a lot of fun with this. I cannot tell you how it compares to other WWE 2k games, but the wrestling generally felt pretty good and not button mashy.

I watched Troytle Power's preview of this on Troytle Power Presents the Power Playthroughs Podcast featuring Troytle Power. I did not realize how fun this would be. It seemed neat, but difficult (like Ninja Gaiden). There are four difficulties, so even someone inexperienced can play through the whole game and work on getting better.

You play as a robot ninja who is the world's last contingency, a continja if you will (hehe, I stole that from the game). You gain power-ups in tiers that work kind of like Mario going from small to big to power. You get a jump jet (double jump) first, then a ninja star that flies around and you can recall, then a dash blade. If you get hit, you go down one level of power up (on casual, you do not lose any, on harder difficulties you lose all). If you have all three abilities, the next powerup makes you move faster.

You unlock a perpetual extra life just for finishing a stage. If you finish it fast enough (all except final level are under 4 minutes) you unlock an ability (such as starting levels with the first/second/third power up level). If you finish beating the fastest time (all except final level are under 2 minutes) you unlock additional abilities (like triple jump).

This was such a fun game and I got 1000/1000 achievement points in about an hour.

This game suffers from what I'll call the "Red Dead Redemption 2" effect. Things take way too long. Menuing is slow af, but so is the whole game. This game is designed to waste your time. Thankfully, you don't have to bend over to pick up every single item. There are too many side quests that just have no real payoff. Every time the game does start to do anything interesting, it backs off of it and undoes it. I really enjoyed the weird/altered stuff in Remake. I was hoping for more of it or something bold. They did round out a few places, but every time they did, they added so much padding that just slowed the game down. Any time the story would start to get interesting, they would bring the game to a complete stop. Instead of making the mini games fun, they added too many and made them all kind of bland.
I'm still going to play the third one, but wow does this game just want to waste your time.

This game is pretty interesting. It's a low key, exploring game that takes 2-4 hours. It's millennia in the future and the AI that has helped humanity has been shut down for a long time. I would totally watch a tv show in this universe.

Some times it does come down to a 50/50 guess, but what a metaphor for life. Windows became worse when it stopped including Minesweeper in the OS.

Opening showed me where capitalism is taking this country and I was too depressed to want to play more. I will give yelling/crying into a pillow and emotional eating 5 stars though.

More than anything, it's just boring. That was the problem with the original as well. It's unfortunate we won't get a remake of DS2, because that at least had interesting parts.

I only played Emily's story and I may go back and play Edward's at some point. There are some interesting ideas, but the game doesn't fully come together. There are some poor design decisions like having to hold L1 to see interactable items, but it zooms you in awkwardly. If you're going to let me see them, just make them pop.

If the right lessons are learned, a sequel could be fantastic.

It's kind of an annoying puzzle game.

I have not played the card game, so I assume this accurately represents it. It’s meh and I love monopoly.

Wow! What a surprisingly fun game! I loved the twist in the story, well done.

I had quite a bit of fun with this. The platforming and combat were well designed. The story was interesting (I do wish when you pick an ending, there was an easy way to see the other ending).
You are an agent of the TDAY who stops anomalies. There's a fun sci-fi story that kicks off when you are chasing one down. The characters are interesting, you can get happy reactions or mad reactions from characters that you can turn in for upgrades. I do wish more of the choices had meaning, but some just advance the plot no matter what you pick.

The platforming design in the Wily Castle equivalent is worse than Mega Man 7. This is awful. May not play more MMX games after this.
