i don't know what problem to address about this game without destroying its balance/feeling useless, its a great arcade shooting game but something missing on its core gameplay, maybe would've been content(but the game already excels on what its set up to do, so...no) or weapon variety (but everything was balanced for the Uzi, making its a perfect balance ) also some tips of how to do the secret tricks would've been great(like the sniper and blood shot)

Peak Platinum, the tragedy that was seeing Platinum go from a Treasure.inc 2 to a bayonetta machine was catastrophic

simple but effective i tropical paranormal combined surprisingly well with ocidental ninja trope, and one of the best graphics on the snes (from all the versions, its the one with most content and art) its main setback is the close combat, the game do not explain how the ying yang combo system work making combat fell bad(but when you figure it out its turns decent) and boss fights (the category which genesis won)

the perfect remake, added stuff AFTER the original experience was finished(giving those who not played the original the intended pace) and the new content was a natural step up from their predecessors

if it was only bosses and the on rails segments, it would be perfect

brilliant, more games should reward the practical choices instead of the moral ones

this game introduced me to Ruth white and i am forever thankful for that...but about the game, my only gripe is that the second half felt really rushed like when i reached the city of forms i was like "is that it?? its already the end??" we barely explored leg horse house, and lack of content on the snowy wastelands and the beforementioned city of forms left a bad taste in my mouth

ironically Nero was the worst character to play as, he felt to weak and balanced to newcomers(even tho the weapon burst is kinda trick to handle) while V is unique , Dante is a
swiss army knife and Vergil is the Storm that is approaching

Fun but the brilliance that makes demons souls is long gone(with some exceptions like the smouldering lake) the didn't realized that the strong part of the souls combat was not the offensive maneuvers but the defensive ones, instead of acting like a adventure using both the scenery and equipment to deal with the odds, you just roll and hit roll and hit roll and hit in 70% of the bosses, I give 4 stars because it's still fun, just not inventive fun

My favorite art direction of any game, no humans at all. just interesting species with their own quirks, technology and history.
The gameplay is a upgrade on every single thing compare to oddyse(quick saves and calling multiple mudokons make oddyse almost obsolete) the second half for me is what really shines the Gluk executive and their institutions are full of unhinged personality and the level design becomes more intense and menacing

3 stars if you are a fan of the series, jesus the guilty I felt after beating deep in abyss on 100% was the may drive point to play dark souls 3, what a waste of opportunity(come in made in abyss was conceptualized as a game, and tsukushi worked on Konami in the PS2 era, they should listen more to his advices(for context he supervised the game and made request like attack and behavior ideas for Ozen and Bondrewd (the only two good bosses of the game) and other stuff but after realizing how it was pushing the devs to their limits he stopped)
Pure modern rpg shovelware

It's only fun when you are playing with swordmaster and mission 16-19 are a slog(almost killing my third playthrough)but otherwise, my favorite Dmc(surfing on enemies is great)
