Fun little licensed Paper Mario riff that managed to basically win GOTY 2014 by default.

Definitely an aquired taste as far as Sonic games go, but I've got a soft spot for it.

Yes, it really is bad as they say.

A solid skateboarding game that also just happens to be extremely fun to break if you know what you're doing.

The absolute gold standard for how to reboot a sagging series.

The best Halo campaign, and multiplayer that, while admittedly pretty unbalanced, is a hell of a lot of fun and jam packed with content. Good stuff.

Shameless Hotline Miami knockoff, but a solid one.

Solid platformer, questionable co-op game.

I don't give a shit if it's le reddit wholesome cringe this shit still beats out Destiny any day of the week

Activision really did put out an amazingly well done, charming, and rock solid revival of one of the finest game franchises to ever exist, one that was long thought dead, then said "lol" and merged the studio into Blizzard and probably killing the revival before it even began. No i'm not mad why do you ask

Basically feels like a weird hack of Saints Row: The Third with superpowers, but it works way better than it really should.

Every time this game does something ridiculous or problematic like letting you fuck your teacher, it gives me energy. It gives me life.

Too many of the missions fall back into mid-2000's shitty stealth mission design, the open world design is pretty generic, and, yes, I'm going to put on my ol' discourse hat and say that this game's treatment of cops is real weird.

Still, though, the web-slinging is the best we've ever seen in a game since Spider-Man 2, the combat is pretty fun and gives a lot of different gizmos, and the storyline is absolutely superb and shockingly dark in places. (Remember when that one guy got possessed and shot himself on screen. That was fucked up.) Ends on a real nice, subtle middle-finger to a certain infamous comics storyline, too.

Definitely one of those "pretty good when a new console is out and there's not much else to enjoy, completely forget about it after that" type of games. Remember it looked real nice at the time, though.

Really solid remake of a really solid kart racer. Not much more to it than that, other than the online was admittedly a bit crap, and yes, the micro-transactions were a dick move. Also why the hell did they not put this out on PC?
