A stupid need to follow playthroughs had me watching the entirety of this game before thinking whether I would've liked to play it myself.

I really want to keep playing because the mazes are fun but the camera is so clunky and the plataforming so awkward...

I'm glad I can go back and smack my head again against that stupid fog labyrinth. I don't look for replayability in this series but this experimentation with it is very nice.

The story bits are cheesy af but the puzzles are still all fenomenal.

I think this is my favourite of the five.

I love that this genre exists and the fact that there are five games in this series warms my heart to no end. All theme and story critiques are paused when talking about these games.

As a game it works very well, but I have little patience with the anime cliche storylines, and this game is anime in SPADES.

Current favorite coop story, but I'd be happy to play more in the genre.
My favorite part was yelling at my friend when she grabbed my bike by mistake.

This might just be the depression talking but right now I relate more to the misanthropic ancient humans than the robots in the good ending. Sorry about that Miranda.

My favourite story in the "hey the main character was the villain all along" trope.

What a nice, tight, exploration story.

Another game I disliked when I first played but probably would appreciate way more now.

Love love love this game. A thought experiment about consciousness and physicality, in the context of religious submission? Gahhhhhh

Spiritfarer was very nice and very cozy and it was nice to play but at first I thought it was a story about fixing the spirits issues before letting them go through the door instead of a direct metaphor of the messiness of death. Understanding that, I appreciated the game way more, but I still would've preferred the first option.

I love the worldbuilding, and the setup of the story. I wish the exploration and the quests were a bit more esoterical and had deeper stories. But a lovely experience nonetheless.
