Dated as hell in terms of gameplay while at the same time being insanely far ahead of the game in storytelling through the medium. Kojima you are a master. I hope to play Twin Snakes or potentially an even better remake someday (I wouldn't have enjoyed the game as much if it wasn't for cheats in the last hour or 2).

This is genuine cinema right here, and some of the best i've ever witnessed.

this was very good, I incredible character building and the second ever goat certified lalafell. It didnt lead into Stormblood as good as ARR -> HW but i'm incredible satisfied.

its alright, wasnt insanely hooked on the Warriors of Darkness and the newly introduced concepts felt a little abrupt and not alluded to whatsoever but it's fine, just gotta play 1 more patch and an entire expansion (+ more patches) to find out more !!!!

The perfect conclusion to Heavensward. Peak expansion, I cannot believe this was free.

plot is moving again, very solid story content and yeah, overall a pretty great patch

I do not forgive you Square enix

New character introductions were great, havent got round to the new dungeon but I enjoyed this update a good amount

The quality of writing that I expected from 14, it had great characters and I was invested the entire time unlike ARR. Award winning story? I'm not sure, I am however, really looking forward to the future of the game from here.

This game had such a good cast and character growth all across the board. The villain was very strong and Kiryu somehow became even more lovable (hopium-filled protagđź‘Ť). The gameplay almost sucked but the real worst part was getting lost in ryukyu

a masterpiece of a story with strong gameplay heavily diluted by one of the worst first halfs to an rpg ive ever played

it was worth playing through it though, very glad I didnt get the big twist spoiled for me

I really wish they committed to the final fantasy from the beginning. This is among the best of the ones I've played, the scale is so mindblowingly massive that it felt absurd when you remember it takes place in a medieval setting. That is my only complaint (side quest quantity as well but im not gonna complain about more game).

The gameplay is immaculate, the cast is one of the best in the series, the story is brilliant in so many moments and I shed genuine tears to a game for the first time in years once it was all done.

Another certified Square Enix masterpiece 10/10

this game's plot twists are a little silly goofy but I'd be lying if the ending wasnt the biggest piece of peak fiction

gameplay was impeccable

Speaking in terms of gamplay, perfection to almost every degree, the ultimate game of player expression and freedom and I fucking loved it. Too much game being there is also a problem, I got fatigued and overwhelmed by the amount of content a lot but still enjoyed it regardless.

The story goes into territory that I never thought a zelda game would, it was great but the method they told it was very poor. All the while, many of the characters end up getting put to the side and underdeveloped. The ancient sages have no character whatsoever and all of the new sages have copy pasted dialog, which is a massive shame. The complete lack of explanation for the erasure of botw characters and monuments was very strange too, I have no idea why they did this and it really needed to go into more detail with it. To top it all off, when you think about it too hard, the story is the EXACT same as botw's but on a larger scale. It's very much a second breath of the wild over a sequel to breath of the wild.

All that aside, when you have this much to nitpick about a game, it means you're looking for things to dislike about it. I fucking loved this game (please do not make a sequel to this one nintendo and if you do please change it up a lot more next time).

(watched cutscenes) better than saga 1, space dmc and cool shit, I liked this movie
