I found this game in elementary school and this and halo were my first experience with modding and game dev
I made a fighting game in middle school using this engine using photos of my school friends and wrote a report about it for an english class. I adore this game and I'm happy it still has a community

Simple but charming game. Clearly a Good-Feel kids game but I enjoyed it. I was hoping it would have a lot of the charm that Super Princess Peach did on the DS but not really. It's a damn shame this doesn't run at 60 fps. Considering Mario Odyssey, 3D world, Wonder and Mario Kart 8, all run at 60 fps and run laps around this game graphically, it's just disappointing. You're honestly not missing much skipping this game.

Controls are too janky for me to get into. Maybe if I was playing on a PSP or Vita I'd be more into it? FOV is bad and gives me a headache. I'm sure I'll enjoy GE2 and 3 more.

It's ok.
The music is chill, the game pretty casual friendly.
My gripes with this game mostly comes with the OST. It's a lot of generic chillstep that's nice to listen to but doesn't really leave much of an impression.
And the backgrounds are really distracting x.x They're super busy and I found myself missing notes.

Maybe in future updates more songs will be added? I sure hope they update it because currently the game is bugged on chapter 5 where notes that should appear don't locking you out of getting to the end.

This is the worst Rhythm game I've ever played. I completely wiped it from my synapses and forgot about it only to be reminded of it from an actually kind of okay rhythm game..

I really don't like this game on a replay. It was fun to run through for stream but replaying it I notice so much more garbage that makes me not like this game.

I had to replay this game because my safe file corrupted before I had a chance to purify all of the Pokemon and playing it outside of stream I noticed how much garbage is in this game.

Battles drag on for FAR TOO LONG
AI flat up cheats and acts accordingly to your move
Attacks that according to damage calcs don't do the full damage
If you have any status, it will work against you no matter what
To progress through the story you have to interact with NPCs who look exactly the same as any other NPCs
This game gets praised for being hard but the challenge isn't really fun. The challenge comes in with having 1 move to use and then wasting 2 turns on calling pokemon at the worst possible times.
This game's story mode is not fun. The only redeeming part of this game is the colosseum mode where you can play import your Pokemon and play it like Pokemon Stadium and have it act almost like a psudo-battle frontier.
Also I'm sorry, but the OST is fucking ass.
This game exists as a novelty and once the novelty wears off what you get is Nintendo's attempt at manipulating you into buying a gamecube and gba accessories for Johto Pokemon in Gen 3.

It's a visual novel baseball management sim entirely in Japanese. I don't speak Japanese so I made up my own story and I gotta say story's kinda mid so i'm ranking it pretty low. Visuals were tight tho

I used to play this game a lot as a kid and seeing as to this day I still do not understand how any of the games work, I have no idea why.. I think I just liked the weird character designs and the grading renditions of classical music

So am I just insane or something? I played this game last year on N.Sane Trilogy and I didn't care for it as much. I couldn't really put my finger on why I didn't like it but on a whim of watching some video about Crash I decided to replay this and as I was getting ready to reinstall N.Sane, I decided to play the original and it feels actually a lot better?? When I played the N.Sane version, I thought maybe I just didn't like this game as a whole but I think I just don't like N.Sane Trilogy. The level design in N.Sane is so faithful but the way Crash controls and his hitboxes just don't account for it. Sections that I struggled with previously I had no issue with here. I enjoyed playing the original so much more than that game that it's honestly kind of interesting.
This game still very rough around the edges with Naughty Dog still figuring out the 3D Platformer and how PS1 games should work but what is here is a fun collection of levels that if you really enjoy the other crash games are still worth playing, even as janky as they may be. Enjoyable little game :)

Everything about this game is so kino except the game. I'm sure it's a good racing game, but I enjoy running around the tracks on time trial absorbing the atmosphere of the tracks more than the actual game. The music and menus are god tier.

out of all of the hack and slash games i played this year, why is this one my favourite..
it's really bad and basic but... yet so fun..

oh thank fuck, I'd be worry we'd never get a game where big the cat can pull off sick drifts on a small fucking bike
