I wish the rest of the game was as good as the final boss fight.
Good game with a decent story. Gameplay is good too, but it gets really tiring fighting the exact same bosses 5 times with very little changing each time, especially over the course of 40 hours.

Titania's so cool, I wish redheads were real
Shadow Dragon is a short and simple FE game, and I like that. It doesn't waste your time with overly-excessive dialogue or humongous maps. It keeps everything brief, which I feel fits the handheld nature of the game pretty well. The characters and story aren't anything special, but there are some parts of it that are surprisingly well-written (Nyna and Minerva my beloveds). Definitely one of the better FE games.
This game would have a much better story if every character was replaced with Owain

It's still Persona 3, so it still has a really good story and one of the best main casts in the whole series. Unfortunately, the story in Portable is incredibly stripped down thanks to a lack of animated cutscenes and 3d environments. In exchange for a worse story, you get "better" gameplay, but it's still Persona 3, so the gameplay still sucks ass. FeMC is pretty neat I guess, but she is not worth buying Portable for instead of just emulating FES, at least not for your first playthrough. Overall, just emulate FES and install the party control mod. You’ll have a much better experience than playing this game.

Pretty good game but the gameplay sucks so bad that I never want to play it again
The best map design of any open world game ever and its not even close. Also the music is so damn good (Sawano peak).
