I don't get why this game is so downgraded, apart from the controls that ARE outdated and stupid. Story is ambiguous and you're often lost in thoughts, don't know who to trust. It's interactive movie so you can't complain on the graphics part. I know that it's not perfect but I wish it got the attention the game deserves

The game is great, only good souls-like that wasn't made by fromsoftware so far. I loved bosses, locations, and fighting system, you can clearly see that they were making this game with love to the genre. Story is hidden in background, which means that if you want to know everything you have to do some digging in game lore.
The graphics are up to standards of 2023 can't really complain.
Only thing I hated was last part of the game, chapter 11.
It feels dragged there's a ton of enemy's on every corner and a pile of useless loot, which caused in me my dark souls 2 ptsd, but if you want to you can just scrape through by running and dodging them.
The final boss is unfortunately bad, 1 phase is too easy, but the second is messed up, I feel like they wanted to use everything that they had up to this point with a bad result, I won't tell you more because I don't want to spoil it to you, but there is also a secret boss that is better and feels like a good chalenge as for the end of the game.
In a summary the game is great, definitely worth checking out and giving a chance because it CAN and probably WILL suck you in, after couple hours.

It was perfect, well maybe at some moments it wasn't so scary
But the gameplay and atmosphere was beautiful
In some cutscenes the characters seem to be so goofy and I love that, I won't lie to you, you can clearly see that the game has over 12 years some animations look bad and aiming can be a pain for half of game but it is still worth playing.

People saying that it's a walking sim certainly didn't played or finished the game, maybe the best and most unpredictable story that you can get, perfect music, everoyody in this game has some beatiful/depressing story, I lack words to say how much I love it.
