The game is dead and the devs have never responding back to me if they were going to fix the workshop. If you want to play this game expect to just play the single player maps. It's fun if you buy it for like 5 or 10 dollars...

More like a first person shooter than a RPG... not a bad game but this isn't Fallout.

It's mostly a joke, it wasn't meant to be fun.

I do wish there was more places to explore because it often feels like you are stuck in one place, but if you do like jump scares, there are good ones. For the price, it's worth it in my opinion, I wasn't disappointed and I did get scared in some places.

The updates that keeps changing the rules and the character skills just ruined it for me. But if this doesn't stop you for loving a game and you don't care that you will never master the game, then give this one a try. It's free so...

Played with my nephew for a couple of hours... ugh!

If you're going through some stuff and you just want to relax, pick this up. Give it a few minutes and you will start to understand.

This game is for Doom fans. It has a few things that I do not like, the things that I hated the most is the unnecessary talking. Unnecessary waiting for a door to open because you are forced to listen to this shitty robot named Vega. Vega. the slow paced. The plasma rifle is like shooting electric bubbles. The multiplayer sucked and it was a mix of Halo. The custom maps were a complete joke, too. Nothing can beat the original with the mods.

My review could change, I had to stop playing because my computer isn't powerful enough. I don't understand why this game require a beefy computer to run it.

Nowadays I cannot play it because it keeps crashing, but if you have an older computer, give it a try, it can be quite fun and the physics are just so good.

Just a walk simulator with Half-Life 2 graphics, some parts can be beautiful to look at but the game doesn't offer anything that you haven't seen before.

It's a huge scam, but it can be really addicting even when you aren't spending any money on it.

Terrible, buggy, poor AI, optimization issues, unfunny, childish. Stay away from it.

I didn't like the Xen section in this game, I couldn't bring myself to finish it, Half-Life wasn't meant to be a puzzle game. That's the only big complaint I have about Black Mesa.
If you've never played the original or you did, it's worth a try.
