This was hot garbage on release. It has since seen many updates and well needed improvements. More content, balanced cast, satisfying metagame. Online is still competitive. This is a good game to start with until Street Fighter 6!

An unnerving adventure through a horrifying world as a little person decked with an awesome yellow raincoat. Run away from big ugly baddies before they get you. This game is the childhood fear of the dark, especially when you go downstairs for a midnight snack.

I was bamboozled into thinking that this game was going to be a smooth ride. Rather, it was a frustrating experience relying on your AI teammates to win races in order to win MORE races and get certain trophies. On top of that, you had a trophy that was so poorly designed because there was no friends leaderboard which meant you had to manually find your friend's time on a particular stage on the GLOBAL rankings! And to round it off, those challenge races, were some of the most difficult parts of the game.

Very grindy to get to max level. There is legitimately no point to get max level except for the trophy, making the whole achievement journey a bit redundant.
