It’s a shame Wii Play Motion seems to be lost to time. I enjoy all the unique minigames and uses of the Wii MotionPlus here. Each minigame being developed by a small scale studio close to Nintendo is also such a charming idea. It’s unlikely we will ever see a game like this made again, it’s too cute. It’s proof how the simple Wii Remote can do a lot to make an exciting experience not found in other games and consoles out there.

I love this game, but damn does it get on my nerves sometimes! Does all the cool things a Sonic game, now with the power of the Nintendo DS and dual screens. Some of level design and bosses are where I get a little upset at this game, but not for too long cuz I love the soundtrack and boost style. And to think this wasn't the first Sonic Team developed for the DS. Tsk tsk more people need to play Feel the Magic...

As a Tekken 3 fan, this is a fun fighting game and great launch title for the PS2. The tag system is good and visually is a huge upgrade from the PS1 titles. Tekken 3 still holds up, not dissing it whatsoever but Tag Tournament is true next gen graphics!

Everything about GiFTPiA is an aesthetic, the 19 songs of varying music genres, the cel-shaded cartoony style, the gibberish language that is charming to hear, and the sense of exploration around Nanashi Island. I wish this game came out in the West, it is a work of art that is truly one of the best games of all time.

I’m glad that we finally got this cult classic JRPG in the West, but it has so many issues I have that stack up over time. Pathetically easy to weirdly difficult balancing, alright redone OST that should have included the SNES OST too, questionable localization at times, and some elements truly show its SNES era of design. Despite these problems, Live A Live is pretty cool, especially as someone who doesn’t enjoy Octopath Traveler that much. Middle Ages chapter is the best story in a JRPG I ever experience. Never kneeled so hard in my RPG journey…

This is a cool proof of concept for what Sonic Rush could look like in 3D, as if the 3DS got a proper boost title in 3D. There are some rough spots for being just a demo, but what's here has potential to be another great Sonic game made by fans. Also more 3D platformers is a good thing, I love this genre but the future of them bar Nintendo and indie games is greatly concerning.

Imagine if Nintendo made a 3D remake of Mother 3 as the first official localized release for the West. That would be really funny to sabotage the West's chance at experiencing such a legendary game. Surely, NO ONE would think to ever do such thing with as profound a title as The Portopia Serial Murder Case is right? Righhhhhhht?

They don't make games like this anymore...whether that be a good thing or bad thing is for you to decide...

Cool game, though other than the graphics I can't tell what 3 adds to the table. It feels like Dead or Alive 2 again, but on the Xbox. That means it's good since I like DoA2, so I'm not complaining too much.

This game has heart, I just wish playing it was much better. Great soundtrack, playful visuals and a whimsical theatre style, it is those wondrous factors that make a Sonic Team game for me. Balan Wonderworld feels like an art project that wasn’t finished, though I am able to see the spots of beauty glimmering out.

Don’t think I could ever recommend it to anyone, but if this is Yuji Naka’s last major game, well damn. There’s always Prope’s Rodea the Sky Solider to replay. Every second was an adventure…

I copied so hard on mission 20, there’s NO WAY I could be that bad at this game! However, I persevered, I drank, I stylishly execute those combos, and after an hour and a half, I won. One of the rawest achievements in my gaming journey, and worth a playthrough.

"Man, I wish Ape Escape 4 was real and had a unique mechanic that distinguished itself from the rest of the series. I especially love those funny monkeys in the game, so it would perfect if I could just play as them."

Finished Sonic World. This is a showcase for what Sonic Adventure could have been on the SEGA Saturn. This is proof that the Nights engine was truly capable of doing beautiful 3D environments with little performance issues. This is a proof of concept that could have been dismissed, but kept as a bonus for Sonic fans wanting a full 3D adventure. This is Sonic Team bringing new SEGA fans into the series with 4 classic games. This is...Sonic Jam!

Terrible sequel to the original open world collect-a-thon & terrible Grand Theft Auto clone, with a stupidly large map with no fast travel options, ugly & dull visuals, frustrating difficulty due to barely any checkpoints & crashing into police officers, and an edgy tone to cap off the adventure.

Love at first sight would be what grabbed my interest in Genji and I am so glad that the game delivered from start to finish. An action rpg that combines stylish action combat from former Onimusha staff with RPG mechanics for newcomers & veterans to experiment in these fearous battles. Gorgeous next gen visuals, lovely instrumental sounds and thrilling bosses make Genji: Dawn of the Samurai the strongest first impression from new studio GameRepublic then and now.
It’s a shame Genji 2 throws pretty much all of that out of the window. Giant enemy crab aside, it truly is a bummer that next gen Genji did not deliver. However, Genji: Dawn of the Samurai is 100% worth a play if you have the means to acquire it. It deserves to be on the PS4 and PS5 so that millions can experience one of the best action games of all time. Thank you GameRepublic, JapanStudio, and Sony Interactive Entertainment for making this wonderful hidden gem!
