My favorite of the DS Sonic games by Dimps. It fixes a lot of the issues I have with Rush & Rush Adventure as well as puts its own spin from the Wii counterpart. It's a shame Generations & Lost World 3DS don't come as close to goodness as Colors DS did.

Probably the most underrated Sony published PS Vita exclusive out there, even Soul Sacrifice Delta & Freedom Wars have a cult following. Effectively utilizes the PS Vita’s features in creative ways, always was surprised to see how far their ideas worked well on the handheld. Looks fantastic as well, I wish Bayonetta Origins was more like this than the dual character & explorative system that it accomplishes. Murasaki Baby truly does feel like a game made specifically for the handheld it is tailored for, which is pretty much a dead form of art as of now…

More like amiibo Crap: Nintendo’s Shittiest Bits.

Sonic Team made this game! After enjoying the Mario Movie and hoping (coping) that the next 3D Mario game after Bowser’s Fury will most likely be for the next gen Nintendo console, I immediately went to replay this game. I love this game so much, it is a technical marvel at how lovely, creative and wondrous Super Mario Odyssey is! I enjoy how the Joy-Cons and HD Rumble enhanced the platforming experience.

I wish we got proper dlc or a sequel to this game, but for what we have, Super Mario Odyssey is my favorite Nintendo Switch exclusive. Kirby and the Forgotten Land got close to beating it, but damn if this Mario game put a smile on my face from start to finish.

I wish there were more on-foot racing games, this concept can work well...but as it stands, Sonic R is okay yet cutesy.

While Feel the Magic: XY/XX does have a cult following thanks to its wacky aesthetics and being a Nintendo DS launch, it seems The Rub Rabbits doesn’t get as much recognition as the original game. It’s a fantastic prequel, full of that whimsical rabbit charm from Sonic Team and fixes the rough spots that made the original a challenging experience. Now with holding the Nintendo DS sideways and upside down, your relationship with the handheld has never felt so close to comfort.

I adore both games in this series, and I wish they would have continued them on the Nintendo 3DS or mobile devices. SEGA tends to reference the series every single year, from songs appearing in music compilations, Rhythm Thief, merchandise and their own live concert. Rub truly is love ❤️

(Finished on Normal mode with Type A and 6 credits) Hmmmm, I don't think I enjoy this shooting game either. I can see improvements from DonPachi, but the difficulty still feels way too high for my liking, especially the bosses. I believe the Saturn & PS1 ports also run faster than the original arcade version, which is a shame. Also aesthetically and musically it didn't leave much of an impression. Rather disappointed to be honest, but hopefully the rest of Cave's offerings will be better.

Early PS1 aesthetics to a tea! Catchy soundtrack, fun level design, and some tasty FMVs in one of the first 3D platformers ever made. I only did a first playthrough, little interest in replaying it again just to watch text scroll…

Prope created a game that touches on the daily struggles of people, their flaws as individuals, and their desire to become better, but is uplifted by inspiring stories and progress made by the player. Adore the cartoony art-style, catchy soundtrack, excellent sound design to each type of catch, and surprisingly entertaining side modes for single or multiplayer. Sometimes, a simple game of catch is enough to change the lives of many!

It's Ape Escape, again...just not as inspired. The new gadgets are lame, some of the stages go on a bit too long, and then you get to see a moving platform for the 25th time. The next gen technology benefits in rendering wide, colorful stages, but by the end I just stopped caring. Robbed of the Saru Getchu song in the Western release! Listen to it, it is catchy af!

It’s cool to have a modern beat em up that I can enjoy with friends or strangers. Idk about other platforms but the mobile servers are always full with a handful of people playing. Either the game is that good or Netflix has a W with their gaming service. Truly evokes the Sonic Mania energy that makes me all smiley and excited to play this game to the end!

No idea how ANYONE can play this game with a Dreamcast controller! Doing the special moves proved to be such a pain alongside the brutal difficulty spike even on the default settings. Regardless, Project Justice can be a fun game, though personally I prefer the original. Aesthetically vibe with everything that game over this one, but it's not a bad choice for Dreamcast fighters.

The Nintendo published sleeper hit of the year, cuz I didn’t like Bayonetta Origins. Played the entire campaign with my brother and they learned a lot from what made Get It Together rather boring to play. It’s funny, weird, and engaging fun from start to finish. Now Nintendo fans need to do is buy this game…if not well the series feels complete (mainly with Gold on 3DS).

Why does Kirby speak Japanese in this game? Didn’t think the game was all that fun thanks to some stinky level design and cheap deaths. Bosses and stage themes got incredibly repetitive, the time limit is kinda lame and you need these red stars for an extra mode or something? I don’t care Kirby sucks!!!

FINALLY ADDED TO BACKLOGGD!!! Anyways, it's a neat sandbox title where you can explore an island in dazzling 3D graphics that also utilizes the internal clock to affect the time of day when playing. The tank controls and varying performance does dwell on the island getaway experience, but you can also use the PSP as a ukulele or wallpaper device with the included black cardboard standee.
