A fun experience with friends, but alone a troubling RNG journey that can really bend your patience.

After being a big supporter for many years for Crash Bash. I finally decided to sit down and attempt a start to finish play through on my own since I was a kiddo. I tried and I caved near the end.

The grind to get trophies in the mini games winds up feeling like a chore. Half of the games are paced poorly or rely heavily on RNG elements to either cripple or enhance your chances.

In the later warp rooms I don’t really feel that my skills are being tested, but my will to have fun and push to the end. This recent play through was a harsh reminder that nostalgia is a hell of a drug and everyone was right. CTR is much better than Bash.

It does however have some solid mini games like crates, tanks, and the polar levels. However, the experience is highly recommended in co-op or a group.

Got me through a lot of church services

After replaying the PS1 version just moments before revisiting this one, just to try the additional Future Tense level. My mind is made up that this is indeed my favorite Crash Game of the trilogy.

I do prefer the original version on that old hardware, just because I think its a little tighter around the edges, whereas I feel this has some hitbox complexities that urk me the wrong way. Especially after playing both versions back to back.

Either way, I stomped this game into submission and have earned the platinum and done everything there is to do. Than I can physically complete. Love this game dearly

A bloody joy-ride when looking down the barrel. Otherwise a snail paced slog.

2.5/5 or a 5/10 I'd say. This game shines with the combat, but its story, mission objectives, and grueling footwork can be tiresome. The dialogue sequences can seem fun by many, but when a game looks as stiff as this during conversations and less than innovative character models. It's a bit difficult to immerse oneself.

I think Robocop is worth a single playthrough just for the combat alone. Its some of the best shooting in a current FPS setting. Everything else in between though I perceive as pretty boring.

The toughest of the trilogy, and Slippery Climb caused me to nearly pull my hair out and led to a low-life count that manifested a few game over screens.

As a remake, it doesn't simplify anything. Its the same game as the original, just smoother and prettier to look at. It's a little more robust in some areas like Hog Wild, but other than that. The preference of the game is going to come down to how modern you want it to look!

Its almost more impressive playing the original, due to how well it still plays

Prob the best fucking video game I've ever played

At times impressive for its time, and shockingly fun to play! Other times, slippery and quite frustrating. As easy as it is, Toy Story 2 manages to cause more struggle at times do to its floaty controls and Buzz's incapability to balance properly on things. It is a braindead game and primarily for children, so it is incredibly easy. My childhood memories did not fail me entirely however, this game does have a decent amount of variety to stay fun and keep momentum through all 15 levels. Def worth a play, primarily the first 3-5 levels which are iconic amongst people like me who played this as kiddos

An incredibly fluid game that allows the controller to melt into your hands like butter. As good as it is though from a gameplay perspective, I think the story and boss fights are the least memorable aspect. Plus, its pacing can sometimes feel hammered by the forced Miles and Mj missions.

The peak of a franchise that has been gutted by gamers nowadays. Granted, this remaster feels more dated with each passing session I sit down for. I think the comedic tone and floaty gameplay can emit a decent amount of entertainment for you and a co-op player. Which is the way I recommend this game to be played now. For the most part, SR3 is slowly losing its charm as the years go on.

A colorful and engaging story that is cinematic and emotionally gripping. Regardless of what direction you want to take in your adventure, Second Son definitely earns and deserves at least two playthroughs. A very fun experience that utilized the PS4's capabilites a great deal at the time of its release. Plus, its super easy to pick up and play anytime!

It bleeds its love for 80s so much its almost blinding. It is just enough FarCry for me at this point with how dreadful New Dawn and 6 felt. The combat is fun, the map is small, and it is far from overwhelming.

As someone far from a fan of LOTR, I was blown away by this. It is essentially a more fluid AC game with a middle earth blanket. Everything feels good, and its combat is some of the most satisfying I've ever played within a hack n slash setting. Although, I found the climax of the game to feel undercooked. It has a lot of fun to offer and I'm sure I'll pick it up again to snatch up 100%

I dont remember it being special, I played it for about a week with my cousin years back and I just remember wishing it was as good as 7

Harder than I can possibly get in the mornings. Good game, but just entirely way too difficult for me to even want to try and finish.

I got my fix with this game. It is a large and expansive game with a lot to offer. In the end, I found myself having more fun online than with the actual narrative to the game which I found slightly unbalanced in terms of pacing, but still good! Bring on 6 I guess.
