metroid crawled and I clapped

Putting this game down as "earthbound-inspired rpg maker game about depression" is immensely underselling it in all honesty

I'm overdue for a replay but I maintain this is a fantastic game with a few nitpicks

They finally make this a nearly perfect game, to the point my only gripe is that they committed Papa Nier oppression

Pretty good but the Crash Bomb puzzle room can suck my ass

really good first half with a massively deflating second half, why does Doc Robot exist

the best NES Mega Man, has its issues but still a really tight package

Good, but that certainly was a Mega Man game

The spike fetish holds this back from being my favorite, but it's still pretty damn strong

This game has many sins but Wily Capsule 7 alone really tanks it down to being only slightly better than MM1 on the whole, despite its improvements

I think the upgrade system shouldn't even be in the game and it should've just gone for a proper Metroidvania/SEARCH ACTION progression system, but the game still rocks anyway. Rating the full package as one whole here.

The beginning was kinda slower than it should've but that's not really a big issue for me. Loved the hell out of this game. The jumpscares got annoying though.

I need to do Final Draft, will append when I do so.

Aged amazingly well despite some jank, also think there's still some unnecessary padding, though the gunplay is so fun that I hardly mind.
