In a bowl combine
1 1/5 - 2 pounds of chicken thighs cubed
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbs fresh garlic
1 tbs fresh ginger
Garam masala, curry powder, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin, and salt
Juice of 1 lemon
Massage marinade mix into chicken thighs until evenly coated, wrap it up and leave it overnight.
Once done marinating place evenly on a lined baking sheet and set it under the broiler for 6-7 minutes. Once done flip the chicken over and put it under the broiler for an extra 6-7 minutes.
