Extremely good concept, music and overall style and humor. The gameplay however is frustratingly boring and sometimes grindy.

Peak PMD in terms of gameplay. Explorers of Sky still blows this out of the water in terms of story though.

One of my favorite monster taming games. Huge replayability.

Went into this game with high expectations, since it's many people's favorite DQ game; it's really good, but I found it a bit overrated, some parts feel really slow and sluggish, but I don't want to downplay the game, because it's amazing; just not as perfect as people make it out to be.

Peak Dragon Quest

Loved this game. Story is really interesting and unique, the characters are well written and the gameplay is really good. Also, recruitable Black Frost? 10/10

Cool game, didn't have as many performance issues as people claim it has. The story has a cool concept, but it feels unfinished. The gameplay however is really good and the main appeal of the game. The designs are also amazing; I miss Kaneko, but Doi is doing an amazing job.

Kind of short, best played at 2x speed, but still an enjoyable experience. You can make broken characters, but the personalization isn't as strong as FFT.
