Overall, I found the game enjoyable, but there were some snags. The story was... fine. I liked the characters and found them the reason I watched the cutscenes through, it all felt unfocused and inconsistent. The visuals were very nice and colorful, however you can still see the roots of it being a Sonic fan game. Combat also felt button mashy and many of my wins in the late game felt like luck. But it still comes with a high recommendation.

do I even need to explain myself? everything I said in my base xenoblade 3 review applies here too.

Wish the final boss didn’t crash on me but great game.

Overall a good time. I don’t think it’s my favorite 2D Zelda (then again I prefer 3D Zelda) but it’s still a great game, and it’s short too so it won’t take up too much time.

the game was so consistently good the entire time and then the final world decided to blow a big fat one

I was kinda blown away at how much I enjoyed this. Sure the dialogue is a bit cringey but I think it adds to the charm, makes it more.. relatable? Like some lines were forced references to a meme or something or other but other than that I found it all to be enjoyable, enough for me to get 100%. The gameplay is what you're playing this for though and it's superb. It encourages replay value and speedrunning to the best possible degree. play this when you can, it's well worth it.

An incredible improvement over the first game in just about every regard. The visuals, level design, boss fights, and ESPECIALLY the story. I genuinely found the story incredibly engaging, and I was invested in the characters, even the antagonists like Merga. I can't wait to take some time to play as the other characters like MIlla or Carol. My main complaint was some of the levels went on a bit too long, and there were two I didn't like, such as the secret final level, but that's two meh levels out of a sea of bangers. This game gets a high recommendation.

A very solid Kirby adventure, though I will say the bosses rely on the fighting in the foreground and background gimmick way too heavily. Very often I found myself waiting an agonizing amount of time just to lay some hits on the bosses. And just like Forgotten Land, I feel the keychains were pointless padding, but ultimately harmless. Overall though, a great time.

Pretty damn great game. It definitely feels like a PSP game with how it's structured, and many optional missions you get later in the game are repetitive and feel like slug fests to see who gets one shot first. But other than that, I had a good time!

smithy really said "I'm gonna waste like forty five minutes of your time and there's nothing you can do about it" and I would like to fucking kill him for that

Jedah is the only fuckin reason i go back to this game
