The first Zelda game I’ve completed, and it lived up to the hype. The atmosphere, gameplay, boss fights, soundtrack, and story telling are superb. I won’t ever forget how Dark Link just stares at you, before immediately attacking as soon as you lock-on to him. All of the temples are really well designed too, personally didn’t hate the water temple that much after finishing it. The soundtrack is really great, makes me wish Nintendo actually put their OSTs on Spotify. It’s crazy how dark this game as well, with the Shadow Temple being the most gritty imo. I love how it portrays the darker side to Hyrule’s history.

I could say a whole lot more but to sum it up, this game’s earned it’s flowers and then some. If you haven’t played this game before, I heavily implore you to do so. This is easily one of my favorite game’s I’ve beaten this year.
