Unfortunately games like this were really killed by Terraria's modding scene getting bigger and bigger, it's not the worst in the subgenre (That would be Edge of Space) but it's not great either. Was very clunky when I tried it but if it was ever released that would hopefully have been improved.

Game was definitely improved when they embraced mods so I do recommend that, but it's a fun game to PVP a few friends

This game for all of it's flaws of requiring you to be online or have a community to be online 24/7 should have been an absolute failure, but this also bred one of the best communities I've ever seen and Jorbtar are #1 devs for sure.
W3 Sodom was one of the best communities I've enjoyed and I was one of the few non-Europeans there. I don't think I've ever spreadsheeted or worked on a wiki as much as I did in this game

One of the worst developer stories, and what came back years later was absolutely not worth the wait.
Always welcome to see a few more games in the genre, doesn't bring anything crazy, endgame was pretty lackluster

My favorite souls-like to date, but also the easiest of them that I've played by far. Hard to pick up when you drop it, but very fun to get into and NG+++ was still quite entertaining!

One of the best in it's subgenre, would be nice to have 4 players since you can't add that third friend if he logs on, but solid solid if you have one friend to spend a few hours with and want some fast games to play. This game is available on Steam but not listed as platform sadly.
