For a SNES JRPG, this game was seriously ahead of it's time

What a gratifying payoff to Onikakushi

While I really dig the idea of this game, it falls flat on it's face when trying to execute them
The controls are clunky, the story and characters are boring and the gameplay is just repetitive and boring (and sometimes frustrating)
Even then, I still think this has some charm and if you're a hardcore Square Enix fan, you might enjoy this

Everything I love about Fire Emblem, in a single game
Thank you Shouzou Kaga, you amazing man

Amazing soundtrack, innovative combat, great plot, superb presentation
One of Square Enix's best

The sheer dread that a visual novel managed to evoke in me is what makes me give it this score

Banger soundtrack, great plot and it's fucking SMT

The one drawback this game has is it's lack of replayability, otherwise it's a masterpiece

Very fun twist on Mega Man Battle Network, great spritework, high replay value, I just wished they explored the pacifist/genocide aspect a little more besides one different final boss and a cutscene at the end

Incredibly fun combat with great visuals to complement the action. I wish it was a bit longer but it's still a great game

I'm a fan of musou games so I can say for sure that this game really isn't that great...
Musou games really need a good variety of missions and character moveset to work and Berserk just isn't the series for that.
The "postgame" mode is also uninspired.

Entertaining little gem. Battles tend to get a bit tedious and the variety of unit types doesn't really help change anything so I couldn't stay invested enough to finish it. Definitely a fairly enjoyable game if you''re a fan of the genre.

One of the few gacha games that really gripped me
I love everything about it
