I've been on this game for a while (since last August) and I have a lot to say about the game, first I give the game an 8.5/10 (or 4 in stars) because I really did enjoy the game at the end of the day. I got attached to the characters, the story was really good, the TV style struck a chord with me, I really like the combat and how you can spend time with party members and other people in order to up stats and get certain moves, and the ost has no sign of mid. I already knew about the Persona series through smash and I knew about the other entries including the first game and the duology. I remember I was listening to music on youtube and the intro to P4G "Shadow World" started playing I wondered where the song was from and after listening to it nonstop, (the song is still classic) I decided that I would buy the game when it went on sale. I bought the game and played around 4.5 to 9 hours a week. (I was away from my PC every last half of the week and haven't thought of using Steam Remote or smth like that). But as much as I liked the story I kinda got tired of all the events that happened outside of the TV World. I realized that the story to me felt a bit insignificant after beating Magatsu Inaba and I mostly enjoyed the dungeons and persona fusing. I was already planning to play devil survivor or SMT 4 after P4 so I kept pushing forward through the game. I beat the Adachi and the giant moon thing and I continued playing the game. I knew that one I was done I would be able to allow myself to play an SMT game and actually play a game that was made with in depth turn-based combat and complex systems. I realized that I could always come back to the game if I wanted to play the full game through because the more I thought about it. I really enjoyed the part of the game where you were actually solving the mystery, and I also didn't max out my Aeon Social Link so I could do that on a repeat playthrough in order to get the true ending. All in all, I really liked Persona 4 Golden. It might be in my top 5 RPGs and if I saved Marie I would probably be saying some way different stuff about the game, but I realized that I should just play the game until I got my fix. TLDR: P4G's main mystery story is my favorite part and the "post game" (I know it's not actually post content) isn't really for me.

Definitely my most played game, still pretty bad at it though.

I probably haven't even touched the surface of the game yet since I don't even know how to get to the underworld, but going in nearly blind has definitely been some of the most fun I've had in playing a game like this, and using a wiki only made me more excited for getting new stuff in game.

This should've been worth money eve though I've never read a VN before this.

I pussied out in the first 20 minutes.

Mining Melancholy makes me want to get into blacksmithing.
