My aunt bought a Wii with the excuse of playing this thing. It was fun to move the skeleton with the family i guess...although I honestly don't know how to dance

Jak: ¡Voy a matar a Praxis!

-Yo: ¿QUE COJONES ACABA DE PASAR?

OH MY FUCKING GOD!!!!!!
This was the worst experience I have ever had in the gaming world.

With the release of armored core 6 my interest for the old fromsoftware games woke up, I still haven't finished any king's field or later but I have understood that armored core was for a while the star franchise of the creator house, so better idea than starting from the original ps1 and the result is....

Uh... I'll be honest... despite being a big fan of the mecha genre in anime, be it gundam, gunbuster, macross and my personal favorite shinseiki evangelion, the very idea of bringing mecha to videogame seemed to be a fantasy for an enthusiastic fan like me but honestly it was never an idea that generated interest in me perhaps because translating the weight of a mechanical armature to the controller would be done under the premise of a clumsy control camouflaged under the excuse of "realism".

The idea of having to adapt our "AC" to each situation and terrain in each mission we are presented with is not as fun in execution as in theory since navigating through dozens of inexpressive menus with little explanation becomes quite frustrating and we decide to go out with a robot that is not up to par the game will penalize us by charging us for repairs and ammunition when we fail eventually.
I find it strange that since the tutorial did not give you the option to join certain factions, there are certain moments where our actions directly affect missions that we will have to take for the other side but it ends up being something anecdotal that does not affect the course of the plot. And speaking of the plot...SURPRISE, SURPRISE IS COMPLETELY NON-EXISTENT.Armored core is a game where you advance and advance but without any point or objective beyond fulfilling missions each one more complicated than the previous but irrelevant without connection between one and the other.

Speaking specifically of its theme, I understand that the point is the human dehumanization at the cost of technological advancement to the point that the game itself gives you enteder that the best "Ravens" have been the result of experimentation of Human PLUS. but by not showing a trace of humanity by a character simply and plainly do not connect with either the victims, nor with my character or with large capitalist corporations.

It just goes ahead and kills to make you feel even more empty and uninterested.

Maybe 1/5 is too little and maybe it was my fault for not being able to fully adapt, but I don't see a reason to play this again.

Rating only for Bayonetta is its ps4 version, as I acquired the title in a separate offer from Vanquish.

The only reason why I give this version a slightly superior grade despite being the same shit is that at least they dared to remove the horrible designs of Kazuma Kaneko, seriously old man it seems that the guy took the bad habits of Tite Kubo (the Bleach mangaka) and designs all his characters with the same fucking face and the same fucking expression.

I planned to finish the game from start to finish using ''save'' and 'load'' by the emulator, as it is the only external way to remedy the terrible level layout, the unjust traps, off-enemies of the camera and not to mention when Bubsy runs as fast as the Sonic the Hedgehog it hits a wall and you die of it.

Everything went wrong... But tolerable up to level 7 where I die and save in a place I shouldn't, so I died and when the game loads the control point turns out that at that point there is an enemy and he kills me immediately without me being able to do anything about it, this makes me want to shit the computer, so I decide to use a code to access level 13 (which is not really the final level since the final level is 15) I surpass the level based on space machine and teleporters I surpass the last boss who knows nothing but regurgitate attacks without giving you space to dodge and finish this shit.

The worst character design I have ever seen along with the worst boobs I have ever seen in my life.

The only good thing about this thing is its cover.

No audio track in Japanese. 3/10
Outside of joking, I don't know how the online functioned in its day.
It was a blessing to have Heihachi and Spawn available on a single platform too bad my hero of time (Link) is still stuck on the gamecube version, I hope the recent rumors about Namco Bandai working on a remaster of either this game or an entire collection of the saga are real.
