I had a blast playing this game.
The plot isn't very good. It is mostly lighthearted, simple and clichéd and there are a lot of hammy moments, but it does its job pretty well.
The gameplay is super fun. This is the fire emblemwith the best and most addicting combat, raising up tyour units and using the emblem rings throw a lot of fun complexity into the mix. There are a couple of tasks in the base that get boring (like ring polishing) but most of those are alright_
The soundtrack does have a lot of bangers and I see myselflistening to a lot of its OST on youtube. It is teh second best soundtrack after Conquest IMO
The character design is a bit weird a a bit too animu at first but it kind of grew on me. The combat animations are fun and ENGAGING.

I hope they use this game as an influence for future titles in the series,

This game has some gorgeous looking sprites dungeons, some nice tracks fluid and fast faced combat, nice exploration with a varied dungeon design and engaging puzzles.
These qualities that I mentioned above are what makes this game a fun experience, even if the dialogue is atrocious and I hated 2 thirds of the character.
The game is good but is not GOTY material because how how jarringly bad the story is.

This one felt very hard and cheap in some stages that it felt unfun. However, it is still a solid entry. Having multiple paths and 4 playable characters are some pretty neat innovations. The music slaps and the sprites are very good looking. A pretty solid game overall!

I played this game fan transtlated in english.

A pretty alright game considering it is based on the first beat' em up ever. There is some depth in the combat and a good variety of moves you can do even though you only have 2 attack buttons.
There is also a motorcycle stage whose controls are good and is really cool time.

The last level is total BS, though. Putting you through a huge mazelike level full of difficult enemies and a final boss that spams a move that one hit kills you is just sadistic!

Terribly cheap mechanics like the slow movement and getting hit downgrades your whip's power make this game unenjoyable.
Simon Belmont's father deserved a better debut.
The soundtrack is still awesome, though.

The good:

- A fun story with charming characters and some well written lore
- Cool asf talking swords that breathe personality
-2D sprites that look very good and are adorable
- Some bopping battle and world map themes

The bad:

-the battle system is very simple and halfway into it, it becomes painfully easy
-the last third of the game has some asinine dungeons that are just annoying to explore
-the optional party member could have been a bit more developed

This game is very challenging, the controls are hard to master, there is some precise platforming in the later levels, and the bosses can get sadistic. You have 1000 lives in this, and you are going to need t least a hundred of them.
However, if you do master the various techniques the Prinny has at its disposal (The hip pound, the prinny dance and spamming the air raid move) this game becomes much more enjoyable with a more fluid action. All the enemies placement and boss attacks all follow the same pattern after you die and respawn so the challenge of this game isn't just on reflexes but also about learning the patterns for your advantage,
There is also a time system in which you can select the levels but the levels get harder and harder depending on how many you have already beaten, and the bosses you are influenced by the time you went to each stage. This adds some great replay value.
The music is typical Tenpei Sato greatness that induces hype , the story is very humorous and the sprite animation is very good to look at.

Seriously, once you start "gitting gud", this game becomes addictingly amazing,

This is Legend of Zelda, meets Kirby with a skill customization system kind of similar to Final Fantasy V.
The gameplay is well executed in which you can take various different forms and mix up their different abilities. The forms skillset have all their own characteristics that make them unique just like in Kirby, you level them up by doing achievements and objectives. The game has a top down perspetive and the overworld it has in it is quite similar to 2D zelda games.
The gameplay becoems a bit reopetitive however the game does do it best in keeping the dungeons unique with different rulesets in them and diverse designs in it.

The plot is simple and nothing to write home about but the humor is very charming and the characters are very quirky.

The music of this game is good, with some bangers here and there and the visual presentation of the game is very colorful and cartoony.
This game deserves more love!

It was not a terrible game but it did age poorly. The fighting is slow, the characters models look ugly with their face pictures looking scary and the music was pretty forgettable. I liked the small movies to every characters' endings and having Galaga whenever I turned teh game on was pretty cool.

An experimental game with neat new ideas. The story is emotional and heartwarming although very predictable and not as humurous as other NIS games.
There are a plethora of ways to upgrade your characters and equipment and that is the most beautiful thing of this game's gameplay. You have a lot of possible crewtivity in team building and in making them killing machines.
The fact that you can defeat fear some monsters by running them through trolleys or throw giant tunafidh at them is also gold.

Play this game if you want to play an underdog story when a pre-teen girl is hated by the world, with some complex but satisfying gameplay and a soundtrack with some really great music.

This game is an interesting experience. However, it is one in which you either have to look up a guide or know exactly how to exploit the different mechanics and characters for you to get the best ending.
The artstyle of the characters is really simplistic but cool where alll of them are represented by black silhouettes.
It is a short game, in which you can finish it in a couple of hours unless you are save scumming a lot just you get the story results that satisfy you.
Get this one if you want a mixture of papers, Please and This War of Mine

This is one of the best licensed games I have ever played. There is a good number of tracks with variety in their scenaries, all characters have their own power ups that you can choose and customize which ones you take to the tracks and itadds variety.
The presentation and the music do feel very Hannah Barbera-ish giving you a very immersive sensation.
It is overall some great fun!

Sonic the Hedgehog Genesis is worse than 06 and that is saying a lot. At the very least 06 has good music and great meme potential. This is game is a legend in terms on how to butcher so much a well loved classic.
The physics are all messed up, Sonic is too floaty, the midi music is terrible.
If you want to play Sonic 1 there are countless better versions. Play those!

A great start to the franchise.
The visuals look nice, the controls are great and the soundtrack is upbeat and memorable. This game is more platforme-y and less speedy than the other installments of the trilogy but the fluid controls and nice level design makes it a very fun experience.

Aa short but an engaging side-scroler. Running and shooting feels good and the guns are fun to use. The art style is very original and beautiful to look at and the soundtrack is chill and blends well with the environment.
Also, not many games let you play as an unnarmed duck.
