5 Stars: An all-timer, resonates with my tastes effortlessly despite its flaws -- my kind of perfection.
4.5 Stars: I acknowledge its greatness and it is pretty much a fav, but it barely misses the mark; usually one or two things conflict with my aforementioned tastes and personal sensibilities.
4 Stars: Extremely solid and holistically consistent. However, it's missing some crucial elements to truly elevate it for me.
3.5 Stars: Lots of great and interesting elements, but with too many faults to sustain it.
3 Stars: Solid, but lacks anything that lets it stand out; often generic and too safe.
