One of those rare 10/10 perfect video games. Hollow Knight is a rich, compelling, mysterious game that makes you intrigued throughout. This game has the best world building out of any game I played. Your in this massive open world, crawling with destructive corrupted critters, that try to murder you at every turn. The intensity is nonstop and there is an eerie feeling throughout. Not the hardest game ever made, but it requires a manageable amount of skill from the player. It's near flawless and I'm sure there are some flaws, but I hadn't noticed any! The score of the game is magnificent. It's vast, eerie, depressing, mysterious. This is one of those rare video games that makes me cry every playthrough. Not only my favorite Metroidvania (which is high praise because that one of my top 3 favorite genres of video game) but one of my favorite pieces of art ever made.
